As a player still in high bronze (low silver maybe?) I'm trying hard to farm up some gold but it's almost impossible when a large portion of my games I encounter this like this Squad of 5 that literally had a 5 bot hangar of mag and aphid geps This one guy that decimated most of my team I'm really starting to debate whether I should just quit these games and start new ones although I sometimes I get these in a row... What I've been told is that my best solution is to join the club

With a small amount of upgrading, you can move out of the tier in which these clubbers thrive, while strengthening your ability to combat them. The higher you go, the less Gepards you'll see, as they become significantly less effective against more robust hangars.
Admittedly it's very challenging if you're not level 20 and have access to workshop weapons.

Stay in 4/6 schutze/thunder tier until you are able to play in 6/8 heavy tier. Then you will see minimal Gepards, and if you do see Gepards, either challenge them by getting as close as possible (in cover of course) and then giving them a reality check by killing their gep in seconds, or just leave the game and find another one.

Actually, there is a different between encounter 1 or 2 clubbers and encounter multiple clubbers in a squad. If it's the second situation, quiting is a good idea. Seriously. Playing those game will only make you want to crash something. If you an interested in counter 1 or 2 clubbers, have some idea for you: 1/ The only thing that can outpower Mag Gep is Thunder at <150m. Gep is fast enough to evade missle weapons while also be tough enough to not be dead by one barrage while Magnum/Taran will be outleveled by their Magnum since Gep is suppose to be a "light bot". See a Mag Gep hide in cover shooting at another guy? Sneak behind him with a Thunder bot and unleashed the power from <150m. Usually you can kill one, but you are also nearly death by then ( 2/ Join an active clan. Squad with some other guys. Gepard maybe annoying, but they wont survive long if you have a team that know how to focus the target. Gepard could have fun trying to dodge multiple Thunder, Taran and Magnum. 3/ Use your gold wisely. Either (unfortunately, hate to tell this) Use it to buy some Gep, pack some Pintata, some Magnum and some Aphid on them, or use it for 5th slot, Galahad, Stalker, some Orkans, move up a tier and say goodbye to these clubbers. I know it is a long and frustrating process getting there (obviously so, since Pix, like any game dev, want us to use real money to quickly buy some Gep or move to gold tier), but you will eventually get there. Hope it help

I've worked out, that in the evenings my time all the MagGep clans seem to be active. Also it seems like every time I see a MagGep clan, for some reason it's a clan from Indonesia for some reason??? Maybe it's something to do with the servers and Oceania is where I am.
Gotta agree, if you see lame games like this then just leave.

Just level your meds to 4, weapons to 6. There the Gep population is already thinned. Then upgrade weapons up to 8 (with l4 meds that puts you in high silver, where Geps are a rather rare and endangered species). Best thing is you can use the l8 weaps for a 6/8 heavy hangar (low gold tier). Edit: and yup, this seems to be the only case (beside rl issues) that makes quitting an option

Best choice would be to take the highest level weaps(at least level 6-7) you have and slap them on base level griffs if you want to avoid gepards. Other than that, you're gonna have to learn how to deal with them.

You can still make a decent amount of gold in the higher tiers with the daily tasks and all.

Imho from weapon level 8 on, Geps are less a problem. Unless they dont show up in a full platoon. Slapping those l7 guns on level 6 heavys would surely reduce Gep population more... But thats the cool thing with level 6-8 weapons. Basically allows you to switch tiers

All of the hardcore farmers farm in low silver with Gepards and rogs, as you are able to get a sustainable income of gold AND silver (gold isn't as important to them anymore)

Every time I've come across your Clan, Gargoyles [\-_-/], they seem to be all Gepard Mags out Cluding.

I've come to realize that all of them use the same tactic, mag geps and taran rogs. It's though but sometimes the "if you cant beat them, join them" thing is what you have to do

Mag Gepards dominate in silver tier. That is as close to a fact as can be. When running with a clan, matchmaker determines the fights and usually it is a pack of randoms, and sometimes another clan. If it is random squad, we seal-club thru them and move on, which is fun for a while but gets boring. Getting seal clubbed happens to us all. Sometimes when soloing I'll run into a clan and get pasted. Nothing to do but suck it up or quit that game and drop into another. Fights with other clans are usually white knucklers. The funnest matches IMHO are running 2-3 in a squad and running into a GOOD mix of randoms who fight well together and grab beacons, or 2-3 other clan guys. I get tired of Mag Geps also and hate running into a pack of them if I'm soloing in silver medium bots. Low gold is a nice break from Mag Geps.

Nonsense. No one fears that Gep. Two Molots and a Spiral? That's one I'm making a beeline for. He can barely even hit back!

We just had a full clan squad of low gold heavy bots (britbots, rhino and the likes), vs a clan of seal clubbers (full geps lvl4 and lvl12 weapons), from a clan Ranked 46 on Android. Needless to say we clubbed them so bad, they become worse than seals. Felt so damn good, clubbing "seal-clubbers". @gildedwolf ⓣⓡⓘⓒⓚⓨ48

Sorry seal... I mean Boofles. I wouldn't classify that setup as a seal clubber. I still kill them with my Thunder Schutze.

I've come to realize that all of them use the same tactic, mag geps and taran rogs. It's though but sometimes the "if you cant beat them, join them" thing is what you have to do Then why are you complaining about it? That's not showing any loyalty to your Clan. If you don't like that style of play you should leave. With the new squad systems you can make friends to squad with. RUIN is a Silver Tier Clan that Plays with Geparads and other bots. The Players they play against should have experience by this point. RUIN doesn't intentionally go out to Beat Down on new players. Sure they are Farming Gold Cup 「loose lady」s learning to play as a team and having a good time doing it I'm sure. If you really can't beat and join them you should join RUIN they are a top ranked Clan and RUIN has been around for a while since the game started. From what I've seen of Gargoyles they're a bunch of hacks anyways trying to mimic what RUIN started.

Actually, if I remember correctly, M.S.K was the one who started the mag gep craze. Wait a sec, did I jinx us?
