I finally found my way here, and am thinking of starting this, but I have a couple questions.
1)Is the player pool big enough to allow quick game loads?
2)Is it cross platform?
4)Are there different modes?
5)Are their clans?
3)Can input this question last?

The game is padded with AI, as other threads allude to. Matches never take more than 30 seconds to start. It's cross platform. It's not globally released yet, but android/IOS populate the same matches. Saving an account can be done by creating a Plarium ID(Publisher) or by logging in through facebook. Beacon rush is the main/casual game mode. Rewards are crate based, not match based. Team Deathmatch is a tournament mode with limited entry. The game doles out 12 free entries a day, with additional entries costing small amounts of premium. Tournament is the only major resource payout of all of the currencies, but is currently dominated by no-lifers because there is no ceiling on matches played per day. |

CPC (beacon rush) has 15 second guaranteed load times and you will usually face all bots with bot teammates. Tournament (TDM) has 30 second loads and more often than not you'll face 1 human player on the enemy team, rarely 2 or more. 2) Yes, iOS and Android at least, not sure about others 4) Yes, 2 modes see answer #1 5) No but that is supposed to be added soon. Some folks have already started clans and put their own tags in their IGNs. Even though there isn't an official clan function you can still team up other human players. You can friend any human you meet in a match (assuming they accept your friend request) and also look up people by their numerical player ID. FYI, there is a thread on the forum with forumites IDs. 3)No, never, how dare you suggest such a thing. |

dukeofadvil for myself, I like the 5 minute match time. 30 seconds extra if there is a tie. Kinda like hockey, it can still end in a tie. Tournament is a bit different. 3, 2 minute matchs. For me, it doesn't seem to have the same pressure to play as War Robots. No end of month tankers, no reset, no endless parade of new "must have" bots and weapons. As a bonus, your team can lose badly and you can still get rewarded for being in the top spots. I've had battles when I came in 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place. Best of all, you don't have to spend a fortune to be competitive.

I didn’t like it at first either, until I got into it and figured out how stuff works (with a lot of help from this forum). If something doesn’t make sense, don’t be afraid to ask questions here - someone is bound to have an answer that will clear things up. |

To change it early, click the thumbnail in the upper left for your settings. See either of the pinned setup/basics guides. |

Question, anyone still here ?
For brawling with Ares, which is better:
Arc Torrent 6 or Pulse Cannon 6 ?
They seem to do similar damage, just one shoots farther but is single target and one is close range but has aoe....

Yes, there are still lots of players and posters here. This thread itself is kind of old and dead though. Look around a bit and I'm sure you'll find some good threads and discussions to take part in.
