If I hacked Pix HQ... reset and cap all player's gear to 1 permanently laughs ensue Funny...Leo and Griffin and Natty are 6 out of the gate...they would be so OP and break the game!

Just my thoughts on Scorpion (before I actually play against it):
1. It shouldn't have DR, it should be a high-risk, high-reward bot. I think 50% is still too much.
2. It seems painfully obvious that Beacon Rush will be lopsided with this bot. Unfortunately, as I play on Steam, I'll just have to suck it up and feed the reds silver.
3. I think it's light slot should be removed, but the 'Sting' dot made stronger. Playing on the .. you know ... scorpion theme. However, this would have to be balanced so that players didn't teleport, sting, then immediately teleport again and watch the red die 5 seconds later. Rinse, repeat.
4. I don't like it, and I don't want one. I understand many do, I just wish they didn't, but what can I do?
5. It still wont be as annoying as AJs (for me at least). At least I'll be able to actually hit it. It won't get to wipe out multiple bots at a time with basically 3 embers.
6. I already think of a number of counters, as have others. You can goad them into teleporting while you have abilities ready, feigning distraction. Leech can still leech. Ravana can still ravana. Dashes can still dash. I'm looking forward to countering it in my Blitz, Strider. Sticking in pairs makes sense ... until two scorpions jump you.
7. It would be exciting if the DR were removed.
8. I feel it for the snipers (there's nothing 'wrong' with being a sniper) and campers. Again I don't have a problem with campers.
9. I would rather a team of Scorpions than AJs or Leechs.
10. If DR must stay, reduce the range it can teleport. Also, teleporting within a certain radius of a beacon should be disabled.
11. Watching the videos on YT, two things struck me. The first is that the pilot can forget to teleport back in time, and thus get stuck and destroyed. Granted this is in the hands of the pilot, but ... I still see players in the future getting caught up in the heat of things and trying to teleport too late. Secondly, a good tactic seems to be ambushing wherever the Scorpion first teleport FROM. Sort of, turning the tables.

I suspect one adaptation that may prove popular is folks dropping T-Falcs as their first bot. Sure, please come on my beacon Mr Scorpion lol
