I must admit that I like the Kumiho better and better. I just had one game on SZ where I did 460k of damage, in one level 5 Kumiho, with level 5 Orkans. Not bad, not bad at all. Inept reds, but still... Me too - I've had the Kumiho for less than a day and still kinda suck with it, but it's loads of fun to play that little bugger

I got a Haechi from the Black Market over a week ago. I looked at it, thought 'that's pretty cool' and haven't touched it since.
Instead, I've been leveling up my Rog, Gepard, Patton, Orkans, Aphids, and Gekkos. I'm about to start on my Tempests. After them, my Zeuses and probably a Carnage.
The Haechi? Meh, I'll get around to it eventually. It just doesn't get me all that excited.

Really? Gekko Patton to Orkan Haechi seems a bit like comparing driving a truck to driving a Ferrari. Do give it a spin, piloting any Dash is really something special. Gekkos are very effective with the current meta, but soooo boring.

You have to admit though, for having the same firepower as a griffon, bulg has better mobility, a tough shield, and the ability to use its evasion tactic without becoming a big target hanging in midair for snipers. Yes, the shield is a little awkward to use, and no you can't return fire while using it, and you lose half your peripheral vision. But the griff doesn't have one at all. It's certainly not OP in my hands though... yet. I still rely mainly on the red in front of me getting buck fever and unloading his whole magazine where I was, rather than retargeting me quickly when I dash to one side. The shield still feels pretty awkward. I do enjoy it though. And if nothing else, it's cool that I got it for free, and most folks haven't got one yet

Well, one must admit. It does make the bad look good. Take this fella for instance. I remember facing him when he had 3-4 maxed Ancillots. Although difficult due to his HP, he was quite easy to outwit. Like many that rely on crutch metas, get inside his bubble and he flustered around like pork chop. The same panic could also be caused stepping out from behind a team mate as from memory he was rather indecisive when it came to prioritizing targets. Now, it's not so easy. Everytime I began to stalk him he was able to dash out of range so yes. Dash bots do hand major advantages.

So let's see, are the Korean bots overpowered? It I was cruising between 50% and 60% win rate. Rose steadily in leagues because I usually scored 1st or 2nd even when losing. Now look what happened when I got a few Dash bots, and used them, pretty underlevelled. It's only facebook of course... And there are still many games like this here - I spawned only the 3 K-Bots before we lost on beacons.

Finally managed to bag me a Kumiho... it was trying to get away after using up its dashes and I nailed it with a DB burst. With it's shape and color, it really does look like a roach! SQUISH!!
The Haechi is a different story. I went after one in my full health Carnage after seeing a half health Haechi finish off a blue. I thought for sure I'd get it. No cover (Springfield on that big open field by the centre beacon). He had half health and had used a lot of orkans recently. Long story short, he kept me at around 350 - 400 range, so while I could remove his ancile, I couldn't do enough damage fast enough. And then he lured me into range of a red with zeus and I was dead.
Respawned in a DB Grif and took him out, ancile and all. But what a pain! His dash recharged fast too. Don't know how long exactly. My Bulg in comparison is almost a regular bot. Pix really needs to give the Haechi 2 nerfs. Nerf the ancile so it's the smallest in the game, and nerf the dash recharge to be on par with the Bulg.

I think I'm a decent player, yet there are enough games where I score way below my average, because I make tactical mistakes, run into bad matchups, or RL interferes (say the phone rings). You can't derive anything from just one game. Not sure what you mean with champion threads. I'm in Diamond 1 on Android myself playing against better players on a regular basis, so even though I'm not top tier, I'm not a noob either. Upper tier is a term I made up. Mainly because it used to be called gold tier before the MM, so now we have a gold tier. Hope that makes sense. But if not, upper tier has been changing due to not enough fodder for champion tier. But on iOS, it is roughly expert up to champion tier. Since all those tiers are basically matched with each other on a regular basis. I heard recently that it has been expanded down to diamond 1. By champion thread, I mean most players are surprised at the jump in skill and difficulty once they hit Expert 3 on iOS. So there are a lot of threads complaining about the MM and getting clubbed by Champions. There is also the Wall, where good players can get stuck. These expert players know a lot of the tricks, making these "experts" better than they should be. So even in a fair match w no champions, the noob experts will be crushed by the veteran experts. Expert 3 is a tough place to climb out of brother

I don't have one, but I've seen plenty in iOS expert/master where I am hovering. In my experience, they leak oil when I shoot em just like any other bot. Thus far I have been less than impressed with them. This may change once pilots get more play with them but they haven't.been the meta changer everyone feared.

Just wait until they're as prolific as the Brit bots and those light dashes are rampaging through spawn points before every player has even dropped into the match. Saw it in the beta. Seen it already in the game a few times.

(snip) they haven't.been the meta changer everyone feared. The entire meta in iOS top now is about 15-25 dash bots per squad. For my part, I am impressed.

That damn light bot is over the top too fast. Played a match that duplicated one played in the beta recently where a light dash bot crossed Yama before all of the opposing team had even dropped into the match. It was among them when only three of the enemy was on the field. Imagine a pack of those things on every map.? I don't know if I'll even be playing the game much longer because of what I have observed thus far. It's fast for sure, sometimes there is a bug where you can hit the dash button at the ledge and make it all the way to the bottom of the middle beacon ramp...crazy.

I was stuck at the Wall of Expert 3/Diamond I for a long time, but some didn't believe it existed at the time. The disbelievers thought you were a tanker if you were stuck. I think there is a tendency to not take in new facts, and to be biased on old beliefs. It's funny, because this is a game. A tanker is someone who plays in a lower league than they should be in. So if you're stuck in Expert 3 and should be higher, then that makes you a tanker in their eyes.
