I could be agreeing to selling a kidney, for all I know. ? Yeah, no kidding. I think it goes something like this:
"Comrades at Pixonic:
You suck these days, clean up your act or we play different robot game.
Sincerely, Pissed off Russians"

I have been playing regular matches like once in three days these days so not playing for a day is easy. I’m in.
Wait, is this including activities like upgrading, producing components, and retrieving Supply drops?

I do pick up supplies like crates and components. Do what you feel is necessary.

If someone plays in the next week in this clan, they're out, this is a 7-day strike for us.
The threat needs to be maintained, the strikes need to continue, and so does the publicity on social media.
We'll further discuss a one-week strike next month or alternatives that are agreed to (via vote) week-end only play, two-week strike, etc.
Hopefully other developers will notice the discontent among the player base, and will seek these players that Pixonic obviously does not want.
To be continued...

Update, we're striking for one week. That's impressive actually. I haven't been watching adds since i came back to the game, and i plan to continue, but not playing makes no sense, as they don't care about that. F2P not watching ad's is the hardest message they can send, I figure they made about 20 bucks a month on me which don't sound like much till you figure a 100 people would be 2k less a month. I don't think Pix really notices players not playing for a day but if you had a 1k clans strike for a week.. im sure that would show up on their radar. Depending on the league could have serious effect on MM.

In general Pix has listened to people and made it very easy to get stuff in this game. You can get anything you want relatively quickly. That was a major complaint that people had and they fixed it. What if Pix...
1. Nerfed shocktrains like crazy. That would piss off all the people who used RM to get Shocktrains and even people who sped up upgrades. 2. Nerfed Spectres even more. That would piss off all the people who used RM to get Spectres and even people who sped up upgrades. 3. Didn't come up with any new stuff. People would complain the game is boring and they aren't doing anything. 4. Made the whole game free and totally ad based for income. People would complain having to watch too many ads.
There is no way for Pix to win. None. They have to be profitable to keep the game going. However to be profitable they piss off players.
This is the evolution of any game. You play and love it. It changes, you get pissed or bored, you move on to the next game.

It's a game. We are players, not teamsters... Play if the game is fun for you, stop if it isn't. Play within your means and enjoy the now rather than what you could have. I can only speak for myself, not the whole movement... but removing Au from the Royale (recent change, with no alternative and unannounced) has taken the joy out of upgrading my hangar for me. What they did announce and I was fine with, was the New Economy change. Mostly because the higher upgrade costs and times could be countered with Au won from Royale spins. This is no longer the case and has taken joy out of the game for me. There’s nothing wrong with a little protesting. I find it interesting that that's what pushed you over the edge. It definitely bugs me too, but it's nowhere near the top of my list.

If nothing else it will just be good to take a day off for anybody who is frustrated with aspects of the game. Sure beats taking Xanex anyway.

But taking Au out of the Royale (on top of new upgrade times) definitely flipped the switch for me. The plea above includes reasonable (to me) points others have complained about. As for new bots and weapons, I’m 100% fine with that, provided they are balanced on launch. As for unreleased content, we’ll just have to see how they work out on live servers after thorough testing on test servers.

RM with phone games, â??buyer bewareâ? has never been more relevant. 1. The ?dookie? trains were a watershed moment for the game, and should be scaled back to to point where they are reasonably countered. They have done that, but still take away too much, too fast, with too little reload. Iâ??ve used them since they came out, FYI. 2. Spectre was another watershed, and should be nerfed to the point where there are equal trade offs between Inquisitor, Bulgi, Pursuer, Haechi, etc. 3. Nobody is saying they donâ??t want new stuff. For me, Iâ??d like one map per release, one new bot and new weapon every release or every other, but should be â??rock, paper, scissorsâ? balanced with the existing content. Hardly the case with Pixonic. 4. I want Pixonic to be profitable, but I donâ??t appreciate their deceptive business practices, changing the rules as they go. If they had a shred of decency, consistency, and fair marketing practices, Iâ??d gladly go back to my measly $0.99 Au deals and monthly premium. Iâ??d even watch videos again. I want Pix to revisit the knock-on effects of their monetization policies over the last 12 months and correct them. If they donâ??t, I and others will get on board with new developers that want the player base that Pixonic isnâ??t any longer interested in. If Pixonic has thinking types making decisions, they will fess up and make corrections, but Iâ??m not overly optimistic this will ever happen. Pride comes before the fall.

It's been nice playing without a ton of server lag.

Sell new bots that aren't overpowered
Sell resource adders
Other companies do this and are extremely successful

My sentiments exactly. Except you're a bit more optimistic than I, assuming they have 'thinking types' that might come around and start making the right decisions. They don't -- they have bean counters, and they can't see past the next three months. The only thing that's going to get them to change is if players stop spending money. But there will always be a stream of new players, players too new to be jaded yet, and within that stream is a fairly constant percentage who see those sweet looking high-end bots and weapons and will pay whatever they have to to get them now. Those are the only players Pix cares about. Until they inevitably realize they're chasing a non-existent carrot and become malcontents just like us.

I'm willing to send the following to Pixonic to make them aware of the movement (if they aren't already). I plan on sending it tonight, if anyone has anything they feel that needs to be added, feel free to post here for a discussion, or send me a PM if you feel it's well thought out already. It would be semi-funny If their immediate response to you is: "YOUR ACCOUNTS AND IP HAVE BEEN PERMANENTLY BANNED GOOD DAY"

To be continued... Two questions @earlcampbell: 1. Are you in a Russian speaking clan? If so can you keep us up-to-date here in this thread to any decision making regarding length and other policies of this movement? 2. You said this is a weeklong strike for your clan. Is this for all clans on this list, or just for your clan (and possibly others)? Because from what I understand from the petition is that it’s for a day and further steps (such as a planned weeklong strike) will be discussed later on.

Doesn't matter how many active users, it's how many of them are actually watching the ads. The norm is a flat rate for every ad watched, regardless of app/platform popularity it is watched on. Regardless of that, less people watching = less income. It’s an automated process through a mediator (advertising company). They do negotiations, if any. But that is mostly on the company of the product being advertised’s end Pixonic, in this case, will most likely receive a flat rate for every ad watched, in accordance with the advertising budget the company of the advertised product and the advertising company agreed on. Chances are very likely Pixonic has no say in the value of a watched ad. Nor that they have any communication with, or do any form of negotiating with the advertised product company’s regarding the value of the ads watched through War Robots. Remember where we would see War Robots ads? Adception. It’s an automated process through an advertising mediator acting out commercial campaigns set by the company paying the bills. They (Pixonic) just simply receive revenues through our tapping fingers from advertisers through the mediator.

PUBG and others manage to make far more money from players per day without brutal prices and over-monetization or ridiculously long upgrade periods. And they sure as hell do not punish their players for not liking content and not wanting to participate in it. PIXONIC deliberately chose the wrong route to monetize and they simply refuse to acknowledge it.

My manifesto (others please add): - Hangar-based MM - Restore old economy - End performance boosters - Nerf Spectre and Shocktrains - End "Random Mode" I'm willing to send the following to Pixonic to make them aware of the movement (if they aren't already). I plan on sending it tonight, if anyone has anything they feel that needs to be added, feel free to post here for a discussion, or send me a PM if you feel it's well thought out already. Here's my current plea: You both left out the first and most important condition. It is vital that we assert and require one certain condition to be granted before we state any other conditions/demands and before we open any negotiations with pix or accept any concessions: They mandatorily must PUBLICLY acknowledge our movement by specific reference or by specific name through one of their official channels (the ingame mail icon, or their official War Robots Facebook page, or their official War Robots site) They can call us something semi-general like the "the strike movement" or "unionized strike movement" or "United Warrobots Players strike" or whatever as long as they specifically acknowledge a name of the movement from an official channel. We must not allow them to respond to the strike by annoucing: "we've noticed that players have been dissatisfied"/"It has come to our attention that several pilots don't favor some of the changes we've made"/"We've been listening to your latest feedback". >NO CITING A GENERAL SOURCE OF MALCONTENT< Why is It so important for pix to specifically reference our group publicly? Because If all the players see that a specific group or movement within the game of players(players just like themselves who just decided to collectively join together) has provoked Pix to respond and act, all the players who are not participating will see that they are not powerless, that they CAN make a difference, they CAN affect Pix, that they DO HAVE a SAY-SO, and that they can make their voices HEARD. The biggest enemy to our movement is DOUBT. Doubt that we, anyone can, find/motivate/encourage enough players to act. So they don't act. Doubt killed It before we even had a chance to start. After seeing this kind of announcement, It will destroy and defeat that doubt in an instant. They will be empowered. They will add exponentially to our numbers, and from that moment on... We will have an irreversible PERMANENT INFLUENTIAL PRESENCE that can force pix to cater to our demands as the majority of the whole War Robots community. From that moment on, we will have that card to play, we will have that impossible to ignore tool to access for any time in the future pix tries to make a disasterous change to the game. It is essential that we donot waver on this precursory condition. And that we donot open negotiations until It is met.
