FirebeardSurely you have other more upgraded bots? I'd be using those until the Docs reach parity with their weapons. Believe it not but the answer to your question is: "No" I have spent, since March 28th - when I started, I have been levelling my current Hangar. Other than a L4 Rogatka, which I cannibalized for the Molot Mk2's, I have no other viable mecha. Well I have such a profile as well, mostly. Four Destriers, no weapons inventory. But I do have two other bots but no 5th slot to use them in. The other members are right. Extra slots do help, even if it's just the 4th slot. And once you upgrade your bots just a bit you'll be doing fine. Hope to see you out there and good luck. ? |

.. the Cross-League expansion (the latest one). ok, fair enough. I do agree the leagues are crossed too much as the band should be narrower. Silver goes from private to diamond as far as I understand. Yes, it does. Silver/Silver I'm good with. Can Win or achieve top damage with a Loss. However, lately it's been my experience of Gold, Diamond and Me lol |

I think from a gaming perspective you could take more out of the game with a 4 slot hanger and even more with a 5 slotter. Just a better gaming experience which could rekindle your interest. |

I haven't seen one if these full squad tanking matches in months. I still don't get why these tactics are worth the time - I mean, how much Au-Ag do you really get over just playing normally?   |

I'm gonna be totally out there and say I think the LQ might be bogus. I'm not sure it exists. I've yet see any real evidence of it. Lots people being they were mis-matched but that's it. I think it might just be a rumor spread as a threat to counter something that is very difficult for Pix to control.
It would be a simple matter for Pix to add a msg to the game that says, "This is a live, team game with and against others online, deliberate attempts to reduce your player rating effects other players enjoyment of the game and will result in relegation to an un-rated league. Please go to www... for more detail"
The website could explain further: "The game server will flags negative contributions such as tanking and fading. First relegation will result in a week in the LQ, a 2nd relegation is for a month and a 3rd relegation is permanent. To avoid relegation do not ... "
The fact that Pix doesn't do this makes me wonder what is actually going on here.
Also, I searched the War Robots website and there is nothing about a Leaver's Queue.
ha ha. here is a challenge for you. press the To battle button and 2 sec later leave the battle. map wont come up and in all likelihood the MM will replace you 99%+ of the time so no effect on others. repeat the procedure 50-80 times and you will have first hand experience of the LQ. in 20 to 30 mins you will have your answer. and if it doesn't exist than there is no risk in doing that. Ha, ha! I'm not taking the risk! I was just speculating 'cos everything about the LQ is so vague and hearsay. Hearsay doesn't mean its not true, it just means that for those of us who've never been there, there's very little evidence it exists. Guys are very touchy about this @heathen CAT feels I'm calling people a liars, not at all and I certainly didnt't mean to offend anybody |

I still don't get why these tactics are worth the time - I mean, how much Au-Ag do you really get over just playing normally? never had the pleasure of a full squad tank but I reckon a cycle takes 45 -60 secs. also would assume that once a squad is going the squad leader is the only active person and 5 people don't do anything at all. So its actually time efficient. On the ascend they wipe out half of the reds in most matches in half the time so the AG/AU payouts would be staggering.
You haven’t seen them much bc they descend in the LQ as the repeated offences would put them there.

You're right, it is only a three bay Hangar. I do have plans for a 4th bay after I have levelled my third Doc. But facing Tankers and honest Players of higher Leagues, some times both on the same Red team, make Matches excessively difficul. I hope Pixonic tightens up the MM soon .. I'm really trying to be optimistic here. |

Am I remembering wrong that Pix said part of the next LQ change would also be some kind of notification when you're in it? Pretty sure I read that somewhere, but waaaay too lazy to track it down... No need to track it down. They make their announcements in very obscure ways sometimes lol. If that's true then that's very good news. That combined with a penalty will make it function more the way it should. Although it is going to push exploiters back into the normal queue and who knows what they're going to try next. I would not mind to be honest. Anything other than outright tanking/fading please. |

Been trying to get out of that unmitigated sh*thole for months only to find out I and others have been handicapped with the deliberate omission of important information on what is required to get let out. You wanted proof well here's an example of LQ matching...              This was Springfield and I took a Leo for the long Stroll for beacons because noone else was going for them. And that isn't the worst matching that occurs in there by far. All too often there are Legends League Champions mixed with raw level 2-10 Recruits. How the hell does any level 2 player deserve to be thrown in with any player outside the Recruit league?? They have not even played their second match yet. There is no possible way they even know what the LQ is or how they got there. Pixonic is constantly making statements to me about "fair gameplay is expected from players" yet how the hell is Pixonic playing fair by anyone with this sh*t?? When you make statements questioning our credibility you are implying that we are liars. So why should you not expect a little hostility be directed at you for that? It would be incredibly stupid of anyone to come into a forum and start lying about sh*t when anyone in here can easily fact check another members posts. You were invited to take actour of the LQ. Personally I wish you would take that offer even though I wouldn't wish that hell upon anyone. You wish that for me? No thanks! You stay there, I'll stay where I'm at. |

@jarvis Yes. And since I spent well over a month running ECU bots and I keep running into other discriminatory issues I suspect that I will never get out with that profile.  |
