I am playing iOS, it is important. Gold2 First I tried running Thunder-Punisher Leo. It was lvl 7\7. Get pissed off with Punisher reload at the worst possible moment, every battle. Replaced with Pinata\Magnums. Gold1 I was running All-punisher Griffin and All-molot Griffin. The entire setup was around level 6-7. Diamond3 I replaced Molots with Tulu\Pin setup. Diamon2 Molots were upgraded 8\9, and Punishers remained at 6, never touched it since. Ahh I see I see. I actually think they are going to be more useful down the road. It's a bit of an investment, but I believe you'll start feeling the true worth of the punishers around level 8-10, that being said, there is nothing wrong with using other setups. If you ever are interested in re-visiting the weapon, it might be a decent investment down the road. I'm currently upgrading them to 8's. Can't wait to use them once I have them around levels 9/10. :) Well, everything is good at lvl10 =) For my liking Punishers are firing too fast with too slow reload and too small clip. And after current nerf I doubt I would use Punishers or Molots, sadly.

Well I think a good measure of a weapon is around level 8. That's where the stereotypical consensus of where you can feel a weapon's worth hence why they use that as a standard on the beta testing servers. I'm just saying don't close the door on punishers as I do think they are going to give it another buff or two down the road to make them more relevant. Also I don't know why you keep saying nerf, but they got a 10% (correct me if I'm wrong on the percentage) damage increase buff in the latest update. I know you mentioned you had them at level 6's or 7's but they may be a nice option down the road is all I'm saying I'm going to keep at it as I like trying other weapon setups not as oftenly used and make it really useful and worthwhile. Anyhow, good luck with your leveling, and enjoy the game how you want!

Oh, and also this:
Punishers were lowered in Fire Rate, a lot, and increasing damage does not help.
You can check in game description. It used to be 11 rounds per second, now it's 8.3.
So, it used to be:
131*11 = 1,441 DPS (1 level, not accelerated state)
now its:
140*8.3 = 1,162 DPS (1 level, not accelerated state)
So, 340 DPS decrease.
