I just read the article on Squad Battles and it seems very outdated and doesn't point out the fact that once you unlock it at lvl 10 it can provide you an extra 9 gold every day. Not much, but for those of us desperately trying to unlock our fifth hangar, knowing some tips and tricks on how best to start one would be great!
Also, I found out the hard way that joining a Squad with clan members whose hangars are ready for gold and yours for low silver hurts everybody. What's the point of having a clan anyways if you can Squad with anyone?

Well theres clan chat. And the fact that you dont need to add people on facebook to be able to consistently invite them.

The squad chat is a good addition. Being able to chat with fellow squaddies who are not in your clan is a great help.

Clans have the potential to add a level of team work and game play you will rarely if ever find with random pilots or even other clans, unless you squad with them very often. If you don't work together vs a clan that does, you will have difficulty winning. You may find 1 or 2 others that will work with you, but when you have 6 people playing as an actual team instead of trying to maximize their own kills/damage/beacons/gold it is completely different. |

What's the point of having a clan anyways if you can Squad with anyone? Yes, once you squad up and get on Discord etc, it opens up a new world. Not to mention the added gold received. In the rare times that I run solo, I always find myself wishing I could yell at all those guys running toward the reds instead of the beacons. As far as lower level people joining a maxed squad, it's not always a bad thing. We have a member that's in the silver tier, and she holds her own pretty well. Every now and then, and gets smashed, it happens. It's not always the level of the equipment, sometimes its the skill of the pilot. (present company excluded of course) Some times it will throw MM a loop and we will get a few squishy reds to melt too. |

I'll try, but when I sign in to make an edit I get a message saying "Note: This page has been protected so only established registered users can make changes." So I'm not sure if it will work when I try to make the change.. I'll try and let you guys know if it works! |

It looks good. You mentioned Google+ for finding your friends on Android. You can also find them on Facebook. I would assume this also applies to IOS? |

Sure it's great to have a clan to talk with or squad but what makes these typs of live action team oriented games twice as fun is having a global chat for recruiting or poaching players from other teams. Basically if we had Global, Clan, Squad and Map chat so you can chat with any player within that battle or even a pm option you would increase the fun level considerably...who doesn't like congratulating fellow players after a good battle or want to send invite to their clan which you can't if they're already in a clan. Sorry if I posted this in wrong thread but this was closest to the topic of global chat I could find.

Global chat on CoC is filled with the dregs of society. I imagine War Robots would be no different.

The Translator is a fantastic feature which would be extremely helpful in my case as just under half my clan are Spanish speaking...I really do hope Pixonic puts some work into this games communications.
