Best advice i have is do not rush. This game has alot going on,,,,, Take the time to get a feel. Watch some youtubers for info?..

Thanks Johnny, it has changed so much. I think I'll definitely take it slow, it'll take time to just figure out what's happening in battle.
What's got me stumped is what's happening in the hanger, how come some things are gold, some are pink and some are blue?
What's up with the orbital craft, should I spend my points on what I start with or should I get one of the others and what's best an even mix of power and regen?

For diamond I like your hangers. Maybe focus on gaining a new titan, and the newer titan weapons. And you're already planning research. You'll be best able to pick bots and weapons to fit your style. Good luck, and welcome back.

Sebenza 21 - Welcome back!! You keep asking questions we'll keep answering 'em. I run a 3 Loki primary hangar now. IK,r? When it's good, it's great and when it isn't we call that a Loss. I run them with a pilot named "Trixie." She is a universal pilot like Adrian and she shaves SEVEN seconds off the Heal or Advanced heal cooldown times. Welcome back! As it turns out, your hangars will actually scale into the current meta really well, though they of course will not be the absolute best. As usual, check the event crates and Legend League hangars to see what the best stuff is, as the best is still the newest as usual. You picked a pretty good time to come back, as drones have been disabled by Pixonic for preparation for update 8.8, which means the battlefield will be much less chaotic until then. Read up on the official website article for more details about the drone rebalance, ask any other questions you have, and we look forward to seeing you around!

With the amount of plasma in your hanger, I also recommend a pilot called 'Otto'. Adds 30% firerate and works across all plasma weapons. Works the best with Magnums!

Thanks guys, im glad they decided to simplify drones. Now I'm free to structure my hanger around bots I want instead of around drones that suit weapon load outs. I brought out my pulsar typhoon, cryo nightingale and plasma tyr and made a hanger for whenever TDM comes up. I used to love using a halo Loki but i tried it today in my number 1 hanger but i wasn't having much luck, I'll check out that thread now thanks Oliver. I'm working on producing a medium sonic shotgun to go on my phantom, might run him instead of Loki for the meanwhile, I still love the little tank. Anyway, I'm not rushing into anything, there's a ton of new bots, titans, weapons and I even saw a new map. I'm just going to play casually without rushing upgrades and buying rss. Anyone know of a f2p clan? Beacon rush/Dom  TDM  |

Hey Sebenza, welcome back.
Looks like you're not too far off. Anything Gold or Pink (Tier1 or 2) is still viable, though gold is best. They made sure of that.
I like your hangars. Lots of old stuff there that has come good again.
My clan is legacy oriented - not strictly F2P, but we certainly see it as a plus. If you're happy not running bendy bullets, or the cutting edge meta (last 3 or 4 bot releases), you'd be a welcome addition. Your hangars fit with us already.

So I'm doing some reading on the Loki thread and I got to ask, is Quantum Radar being used more now than it was June of last year? Also does the effectiveness of healing bots like tyr and nightingale improve with something called a repair amp? What is a repair amp?

That REALLY took the last skill away from the game. And detachable missile boxes. Im getting shot from all directions and I finally figured out one of the sources. Off the top of my head I think it's the Mars. Anyway its a fun challenge learning how to pilot bots with all these new threats. |

Mars turret is a pain. Not being able to target and destroy it makes it really obnoxious.
