What is the rework for Halo, Corona, and Glory? They are probably nerfing them for some new lock down weapons.
PS going to 3s is a big drop and not going to be very effective in most cases. Most bots aren't that fast to get to cover in 3s. Even with the pilot skill it would only be 3.75s.
They are probably getting ready to release another skill that is better and uses more PCs.

LOCK DOWN WEAPON REWORK
The lock-down weapons ‘chance’ is being replaced with an effect similar to cryo weapons - after a certain number of hits, lock down is definite.....although Anti Control and Phase Shift alter the scenario of course.
PHASE SHIFT
This reduction will help in general, but this rebalance is probably to do with reducing competition against the Ravana, which has double dash phase shift and is compatible with Phase Shift module and module pilot skills

So 4 Corona Leech will benefit but any number less than 4 will be at a disadvantage. This will discourage people from running mixed builds like corona & storm, corona & igniter, halo & cryo, halo & storm, etc...

With Foolhardy quartermaster phase shift is still probably going to be viable, but if it's significantly weaker when I try it out I'll simply swap to advanced repair unit.

Where's that Ao Jun rebalance? They want to nerf PS which we use to get away from the damn things but no addressing the root cause of the problem, the Ao Jun itself. There is a lot of PS shifting abuse out there by Leech and Phantoms but they are already insanely powerful without spamming PS so I don't see what a PS shift nerf is supposed to accomplish other than indirectly buff the 'gotcha' bots (greek, Ao Jun, Leech ect)

I gave up trying to work out the optimum way of doing things months ago, the constantly moving goalposts are impossible. I won't be sorry to see a PS nerf though.

Each lockdown bit lasts 5 seconds and reduces by x movement.

Good. I like PS being nerfed. That is a big hit going from 5 secs to 3 secs.
In fact, PS ruined the game more than Ao Jun or last stand.
And where is storm nerf?

Okay, this is my late Christmas gift. If it was any other company, I’d say it is a good start, but by Pix standards, I expected even less.
However, wasp’s and sting’s issue isn’t accuracy. Sting is exceptionaly easy to aim. The problem is the damage. A low direct damage is alright, we have plenty of long range high direct damage dealers. Anyone who invested in these weapons expected lower direct damage at the cost of corrosion. It does not deliver enough corrosive damage to make up for direct damage loss. Expectations that are justified by the weapon’s cost are not met in reality.

It makes them essentially invincible for quite a long time... but it works with AJs getting double PS in between flights and Ares, etc., in between shields, too. Granted, the problem is worst with max players, no doubt. But that is why it's happening. The collateral effects for other bots in different leagues aren't really on Pixo's mind.
At least, IMO... there may be a different reason but I know this one has been talked about for a while. YMMV

Phase Shift needs to just be removed all together until Pix can actually code it correctly. In FBGR we have some players that are using it as a exploit to PS and keep firing. Wont go into to many details on how tho. But its getting out of hand.

I found myself able to crash land my Ao Jun right into red home base and double phase shift for a second round at them.

Nerfs that will keep users happy in addition to the incoming nerfs:
-Need to cut flight time on Ao Jun to 6 seconds. (Reduce CD to 15 second)
-Reduce leech ability from 9 sec to 6 seconds.(Reduce CD to 15 second)
-Phantom CD from 8 seconds to 10 seconds.
-Buff classic bots with an upgrade ability (upgrade classic bots with more def/health and strengthen their ability...treat as a MK2 evolution to classic bots)
-Buff Invader: Currently, Invader is a joke. Needs Health and defense buff or increase damage while his ability in use.
Loki buff: increased def or allow us to shoot in stealth mode. (Ok this is a stretch)
Nerf Last Stand to 3 seconds in max upgrade.
This will balance the game.
