....the quad Flux Behemoth.
I've run into two of these today, both on Canyon. The bot is only 9 but with four Mk2 L12 (or close) Fluxes, that thing will flux you up in a hot minute. Both of these 「illegitimate child」s ran Quantum Radar so the Ao Jun took major damage in a hurry. Of course, neither pilot got many beacons but they sure as shootin' were top-shelf, grade-A, 「multiple bum-bums」 extraordinaire.
I venture to say this thing is worse than a Hydra Spectre or Shocktrain Spectre, by far.
Beware my fellow frequent flyers....

I came against this setup last week except the Bot had lockdown, he decimated 1 of my Bots and I gave him room till I saw him attack another and sent the Ao Jun in to KO him .

I know that's easy to say, but move from cover to cover allowing them only quick opportunities to laser you. Don't move in the open unless you've got something or someone to protect you. Maps like yam and springfield can be real frustrating for flux camper if you're always moving from column to wall to wall to ramp to wall to column.

With the removal of some cover on springfield, if you start in the valley bowl, you're targetable as soon as you appear.

Dude just parked it on the very end of the carrier and was able to push pretty much everybody below decks. Even though builds like that are not often used I think they do harm to overall quality of the game experience. Somebody can just focus on upgrading one ranged bot and make it miserable for people in the lower leagues.

I have, on several occasion, flew across the map in my Ao Jun to dispatch one of these. I usually end up dead, too, but so worth it.

1. Only effective if they run 2 full hangars for a long range setup or leave games that don’t suit the build. Only 3 maps really play to it
2. Wait for them to empty their mag and then go in for the bag of silver when they’re stuck in Pew. Pew. Pew. Mode. Avenger Jun should be able to level them starting from 500
3. I could see building a 4th flux and trolling with this for fun when I’m grinding videos. Don’t see running it if I care about winning.

As someone who occasionally runs a 4x Level 9+ Flux Behemoth (and fears being hated for it) I at least try to pay attention to complaints and buck the trend, even actively locking reds at the start of a Beacon match (Flux Ao Jun was the best for that, though) so they can't beacon cap effectively, provide solid cover fire / defence for my team and their beacons, and target bots they are struggling with... like Ares and Ao Juns.
I often find bots go into hiding and I can't kill anything. It's a somewhat boring build that's good for falling asleep with.
Since Fluxes auto-target, and a Behemoth can't move in Siege Mode, fellow snipers can sit in a place I can't hit them.
Also, I was giving paintwork damage to T-Falcons as they would hulk over towards me, as I silently scream out to my teammates, hoping they will save me.
Things I deal with as a 4x Flux user: Low damage, low kills, poor match results, the frustration of being unable to hit / kill anything, being ashamed of my bot choice, and a fear of being hated (by both sides).
Some of the few joys are locking down a full health bot and killing them in one go, and putting our enemies to flight, in fear of heavy laser damage.
Being able to fight at midnight when I can barely see the buttons I'm pressing anymore is a perk.
They are one of the few bots I need to change out of manually, unless I'm brawling with it (4x Fluxes with high HP can still brawl against some bots on the field).
