Stopped the hallucinogenics and the heavy drinking years ago. Stopped smoking very recently and feel good about it actually.
I enjoy a cider or a beer or nice wine on a Saturday late night to sort of, keep in touch with the inner "inner" self, usually after the family has gone to bed.
