I was offered a maxed out account (with plenty of maxed out bots and weapons to play any combos) for USD400. Is it a good deal?

Post a picture of the account. And in addition, make sure that the person is using a legitimate money exchange service.

What does maxed out mean? Simply level 30? If that is all, no. Maxed hangar? All 12/12 bots?

yes, all 12/12 bots. a few rhinos, Galahad, griffins, 1 Lancelot, 1 fury, also other maxed out non-mainstream bots with all lv12 weapons combos you would normally see at the top (6 Aphids, 6 tarans, 6 orkans and etc)

Definitely worth it if you can ensure you don't get scammed. Would cost thousands to build that account from scratch.

I'd say its worth it, but make sure you do the exchange over a verified service like ebay and get pixo to change the google play account the War Robots account is connected to as well.

get pixo to change the google play account the War Robots account is connected to as well. How would that work? I'm thinking of buying an account from a clan member that lost interest in War Robots since the new match making. Similar bots and weapons that max listed but lower levels in 6-9 ranges.

Is it a good deal? ?poo-poo?z law says you will be offered another one for less money a week after buying this and if you pass while holding out for better deals, you'll never find another one priced as low as this. I did the math for fun. A single Level 12 Lancelot without weapons costs about $225 ie 31500Au from Au to Ag conversion and instant upgrading (5000 Au, 54870 Ag, 480 hours). [Edit: 54.87 million Ag]

Message pixonic through the ingame report screen. Oh I see it thanks! $150 doesn't sound bad. I do want to work and learn my way up with those nice bots and weapons rather than everything maxed out. Account also has around 21,000 gold, 600 million silver and 50,000 WSP.

How else do you propose to get maxed out hangar with RM? Why would you need a maxed out hangar? For me, deciding what to buy and what to upgrade is part of the fun. Yeah, MM will throw you into a couple of tough matches, but what the heck Yes, it's nice to have some collection of gold robots, say a Galahad, a Lancelot, a Fury, some Orkans, Aphids, Zeus and Anciles. I once calculated that a new player will make the required 6000 gold for slots 4 and 5 in one month he gets the 30 day/60 gold deal for $5. I guess with a budget of $100 a new player would be able to buy most of the stuff mentioned above rather quickly. (Assuming he plays and wins some games, too.) $100 translates into 14k gold which buys 4 Orkans, a Lance, a Galahad and a pair of Aphids. Why spend $400?

Let me start off by saying each to their own and we can all spend our money on whatever we want, however, I was amazed to read that anyone would spend that sort of money on this game! You could buy an entire games console with a stack of games for that! The phrase "it's the journey, not the destination" also springs to mind - for me it's the process of gradually building up, choosing what to upgrade and reaping the rewards that makes the whole game. I'm personally a completely free to play player and I'm currently just approaching a 10/10 hangar. I suspect that if/when I do eventually reach 12/12 I will have little left to do in the game and won't play much more after that.
So, in my opinion, keep that cash in your wallet and enjoy the game!

It's $129.99 for 14k gold. I was lucky enough to find out about my clan member before buying the 14k gold. Perfect timing actually and looking like a better deal the more I think and read about it. I can now have fun with lots of the good stuff but low level enough to figure out my own bot and weapon setups, play styles, strategies etc. is good time for me since the grinding for gold was getting old, tough and no fun with my current hanger.

For $500 you could buy an adequate desktop computer and play real multiplayer games. So it sounds completely insane to me.

I(like many others) never actually read the ToU does pix allow you to sell your account? Or when he tries to get it attached to his Google Play account will pix just lock it?

I wonder how Pixonic and Google will say about this. It's a private account.

Sounds boring. The entire point is grinding out out and owning it...

I wouldn't contact Pix about it, as selling accounts is usually not allowed. If so, I suspect there is a way to clone an account multiple times. Because of this, I would never buy an account.

Lots of people making unwarranted comments on OPs desire to buy an account, saying he should grind it out and earning it is what makes it enjoyable.
That isn't always the case for everyone in every game. Personally, I bought the 5th slot and a couple bots and weapons. I don't have the free time to play more than 5-10 games a day except for once a week. At that rate, it would take years to get a competitive TT hangar. Not that I want one instantly, but I did want to experience all of the bots and weapons available without having to wait months to obtain it "the right way".
Maybe OP doesn't have the time to grind it out but still wants to enjoy playing with the best robots. Or maybe he just wants to have immediate access to everything available. In either case, if he's willing to pay for it and take the risk of making a third party purchase, more power to him.

I bought the 4th and 5th too... You're missing my point. Different strokes for different folks. Some people just want to go straight to the endgame. That is what his desire is, and his question is simple, is $400 a good deal for the ability to jump straight to the endgame. The plain and simple answer is yes, if that's his goal. $400 is pocket change compared to what it would cost to buy your way to the TT on your own account. He's not paying for the sentimental value and experience of building his own hangar. He's simply paying for the equipment of a TT hangar, at a significant discount.

Sorry, gonna play for $0 until I hit the wall.. if there is a wall to hit.. can't say if that is a good deal or not, my stance is pretty much hell no.
It may take a year and half a billion on silver to match that hangar but if it is possible to achieve without actual real monies, and I think it is, I'm ok that it's gonna take a while because I'll do it for free.

What is your time worth? This. Unless you're a minor, time has a very high opportunity cost. Just based off a quick guess and calculation, the opportunity cost of my time that would be required to acquire that hangar is about $15,000-20,000. Even if you're a minor, you can get a minimum wage job after school and buy that for $400 with your first paycheck two weeks in. He isn't asking if he should spend money on the game or not, he already decided he is willing to. He's asking if $400 is a good deal for that account. No matter what way you look at it or try to justify it, it is an outstanding deal.

What is your time worth? In real life a lot. But this is a game and not exactly the same is it? Plus it's sort of a free game that I play with free time, there isn't a cost. If I don't have time for it, it doesn't get played. I love the game, but it's a game, I'll ignore it before I ignore my kids. An opportunity cost would be a kind of divide by zero thing wouldn't it? I mean sure, it's a day and a half and 4 million silver in game, maybe I just have enough patience that those things don't really bother me, certainly not to a point I'd buy my way around it. Upgrades mostly complete while I sleep.
