This guy is truly dedicated to his craft. It is quite a feat drilling down to 0/0 kills/damage and still getting 72% wins when half the team are level 3 noobs with no interest in defending / recapturing beacons taken by another level 30 player on the opposing team doing the same thing he is doing. Special mention: Rogatka beacon capper!  |

I think we should look at the upside of this situation.....how many rants are there because players aren't capping beacons especially in the lower power levels? Now we get players who do nothing but cap beacons and it still causes rants (tongue in cheek)! 72% win rate with zero damage is a special kind of determination and an odd way of playing the game....but oh well. Rog capper would be mighty expensive.....they should form a new clan - the Kangoroo Beacon Capper Club! |

It's not like I'm keeping some checklist of who has ever committed some game crime....and what exactly would you do with that info anyhow? Ditch on their match if they show up in your squad to prove the point toi them that ditching/tanking is poor behavior? That worked out great for those who did it to communicate their displeasure with geps in the old MM...."The Original Ditchers." |

I lost a couple of beacon capping matches to some dedicated Cossacks.  |

IT'S A GAME o.o When are you people going to stop complaining and flipping a wig every time someone does something stupid in game. How often does that happen? FREQUENTLY. This is seriously getting annoying as all h311 to see all the time in this forum! Complain, complain, complain,...and always about exactly the same thing like 'This is all this player's fault!'
Is this forum now a tabloid magazine filled with War Robots paps that have nothing better to do with their time than troll and talk smack about everyone?
Random players you happen to battle ONCE shouldn't matter THAT much to you. PLEASE GET A LIFE.
People are dying and getting hurt in real life everyday from hunger, oppression, poverty, crime, suffering insane financial ruin, corporate espionage and scamming, etc, and some people here go ape$41+, because they have abundance, live a simple ignorant life detached from the rest of the population and their woes, pour this extra abundance into games like this, and because of that, expect everyone to make the game they way want it, and everyone to play they way they want to, and come here trying to spotlight people, and rant and rave like toddlers over completely trivial bull$41+ when they don't get their way! I wonder how you act outside of the game? People like this make me utterly sick.

Bro... you realize that the forum has changed... right? All posts like this get placed in the "rants" section, and you can click on that button up top, the one that says "no rants" and never see them again...
While I appreciate your frustration, and desire to leave (I was about to do the same before the change), you were kind of harsh in complaining about the complainers. It's all good man, I may get upset about a game and feel like typing about it, but that does not mean I, nor anyone else, don't do things in my everyday life to address some of those problems you are saying we ignore.
Take a step back, if you can... don't let it get under your skin!

I don't see the point in tanking or ditching. you purposely lower your score to fight easy targets and then your score goes back up and you end up where you started. seems pointless to me.

Looking at the scoreboard after a loss and seeing a near max hangar doing 64k dmg...you're not fooling anyone, posterior waste orifice!
I understand we get interrupted sometimes. It happens to all of us now and then. But it never seemed to happen so much before the new mm and league male cow manure came along.
So please, for the sake of those who are still trying to enjoy this game, QUIT TANKING, ALREADY!

Well, I got truly and firmly smoked today. Maybe my win rate got a little too high so I dropped with folks out of my league. Been there before and it is what it is. But also had 4 ditchers/tankers on my side so it was truly spectacular. Thought I might share and offer some laughs. Note that while my score is very low I did stay to the end and only had a thin sliver left on my 5th bot. Only one other blue was on with me for 95% of the match - and I salute you for sticking with me to the bitter end!  |

I don't hate tanking or tankers, it's the Pixonic that is to blame for letting people do that!! With league system, a reasonable person would assume you'd only fight people from your league or one lower if you are about to be kicked to it, or one higher if you are breaking into it. Am I crazy to think this? But 「fluffernutter」 no... that's not what happens!!! For example, had a nail-biting game where one guy on my team decided to tank. Game came to a hair of dominance bar and we lost. I take a look at this guys stats, he did 2-3K dmg and just sat there. He has nice almost maxed hangar and he is in Gold 1. Why the hell is he in my silver 3 tanking his games?!?!? If he is tanking let him do it in his league, Gold 1, until he drops to Gold 2 etc. Why for 「fluffernutter」s sake is he in Silver 3?  ? Well, because he lowered his damage... that shouldn't be happening, that is NO DIFFERENT than regular crap MM we got recently! I'm beyond word at this company's way of operating this game... it's laughable! On a side note... something to be learned from this... You want to get into legend league and that stuff? Tank smartly (capping beacons but doing no dmg) and then when its under 50K hope you didn't drop more point than you can make up by climbing and voila... rinse-repeat until you get to Legend league. |

Leagues are having two effects on me. 1) I love that winning is more important, so it places more of an emphasis on beacon capping. Pilots will get tired of being second best on a losing team to get only 3 points pretty quick. Hopefully they will learn to take the ten seconds to step over and grab the beacon next to them in hopes of helping their team win and getting better points. .... 2) It makes me hate people who drop even more than I already did. When I get top damage on my team and we lose a close game because we were short a pilot? That really bunches my panties up. Im not the kind of guy who will screw over other players because I dont like a map and it just ticks me off when I lose because some inconsiderate selfish dip decides to skip out because he wants a different map.
Thats the one thing I like about holiday specials with the prizes to spin the wheel stuff. IT was all about damage and if players skipped out and you lose a match extra fast because you are overwhelmed, you dont care. It only means that you had less competition on your team to beat out for the top damage and the match is over quicker so you can start another and earn more. I sometimes was happy to see the game was lopsided 6 to 4 from the start.
One fix I would consider adding to leagues is that you only get negative points if your damage is over something like 100K. This way if you tank a lot and only get 50K damage or something stupid, you dont get any negative points, which means you wont get demoted. To get demoted, you have to show you are trying to help some and still suck. People who join a match and drop out, or just let their bot sit there wont ever get the demotions they want.
That or/and if you get less then 60K damage and your team loses, you get fined 3 gold.

Hmmm.... I think I just figured it out. Pixonic just needs to add a little consequence to dropping out. IF you do the least amount of damage on a losing team, and your damage is less than half of the next worst pilot on your team, and you have less than 2 beacons, you are fined 5 gold.
If you drop out and you are not replaced, you will be fined 5 gold then. Making it less likely you will want to gamble and drop out. You wont fight the minimal amount either because you will be afraid it wont be enough damage. So you will want to make sure you do enough damage that you are not fined. IF you are a beacon runner and like to use fast small bots, you should get at least 2 beacons and that helps your team win games. So you wont be fined. If you suck at capping beacons and only get one beacon with very little damage, you risk getting fined 5 gold.
