Hello again! Sorry I stopped posting so much after I joined my clan, Honey Badgers. I'm being happy and staying busy, mostly on our discord and in 6 pack league. It really IS as fun as everyone says it is! (If interested in 6pack league, read Gilded Wolf's thread here.) For those who don't know who I am, my intro thread is here. As you can see, I'm a regular ordinary and sincere type of person. Awhile back, someone from War Robots asked if they could have someone interview me for the Community Spotlight. So I decided to let the War Robots world have a tiny look into my personal life- I don't mind putting myself out there and being honest about whatever. I think the author did a fantastic job, especially while so many other things were happening. The Community Spotlight article is here. I was still in Gold league when the article was getting ready to go out, but am #11 in Diamond 2 now. My DIESS hangar is coming along, and I'm glad I followed the advice of some of the most respected people in this forum. At first, I didn't think I'd want to keep going past Diamond, and planned to just keep everything at level 8. It was advised I might have more fun that way. But I really want to keep going now, and I'd like to have the skills to get into Champion league.  |

Wow, your hangar's a lot better from what I remember. At this rate, you'll be in Champions League in a matter of months! Great job!

Welcome back and to see you and your family are doing well and enjoying the game, Sky Woman  Your second hangar appears a really great for FFA. Hopefully, they are all obtained before the “new economy.” You could just spend next a few months upgrading them, if you are interested in advancing in leagues, while keep having fun in six-pack leagues I assume. I especially love an Orkan Kumiho in FFA - so much fun comparable to the Taran Rog and the Orkan Doc of older times. Another fun setup is a Scourge Kumiho, grilling the Enemy #X while dashing towards his/her face. Not sure about the ST version, since I am pledged to not using a Shocktrain myself  (but I don’t mind others using them). Cheers, |

After my last post, I ended up having a major surgery 7/15/18, multilevel anterior cervical fusion. But once recovered I became captain of my 6 pack team, currently named The Holy Hand Grenades. If you want to know more about 6 pack league, read this link 6 pack informationA month or two later, I became clan leader for Honey Badgers. All this was under the tutelage of pilot DJ Rox who left to start Honey Badger's sister clan Chosen. I also appreciated the assistance of several others, they know who they are! On 1/9/19, 20 days prior to my 1 year anniversary playing this game, I progressed to Champion league. That's also when I gave up leadership of the Honey Badgers clan, and moved into Chosen. Great bunch of people and I had a lot of fun there. I was used to playing in Champ league ever since I was in Expert league, because Champ league games were a lot more fun to me! It made me happy when I was finally up to their level and could be seen as an equal by my peers (not all but some). Remember I was a terrible player when I started; those who recall when I started playing 6 pack, can tell you just how bad I was. So when people started to tell me all my hard work was paying off, that they could tell how much I improved, I was beaming like a little kid. I still make stupid mistakes, and lean more aggressive than cautious, but I'm starting to get a handle on working as a team, that good ol' concept situational awareness, and various strategies. I love a good challenge, and there's always something more to learn in this game. Always. On April 12th, I was lucky enough to get into komm clan (killer of machines). Hmm, I guess it was my one month anniversary the day before yesterday! In the short amount of time I've been in komm, I've learned skills that have advanced my game even more. And during this anniversary event, I was able to squad and grind a lot, enough to get several mk2 items, and even upgraded a few premium modules. Unbelievable how much the combination of those upgrades make a difference in gameplay! I plan to keep squading and grinding so I can completely green up my main hangar, then work on my long range hangar. I won a few good bots during the last few events, along with a few superchests and I want to make use of them. I have a new painted Hades, Nemesis, Rayker, and Au Guang. I'm still workshopping Ao Jun though, and really want to run one of those too! Next I suppose will be to try to get one of the Ragnarok squad. And figure out how best to arrange these upcoming Pilots, eh? Remember last July when my goal was just to get a DIESS hangar? I know some of you reading this are done with the game, or plan on being done with the game. I'm sorry you have become disillusioned with the game, but I'm still having fun. I'm gonna keep plugging away and enjoy as much as I can. There's always going to be negative things to complain about, and some issues really need to be addressed by Pixonic; however life's too short to spend too much time doing that. I just wanna play my game |
