1. Have at least one Punisher bot that is heavy on Puns. i.e., Griff or Fujin
2. Rhinos are great. Get one. Use it for Beacons or for tactical reserve functions (flanking or ambushing in a hurry)
3. Rogs are my number 1 beacon runner choice
4. Long Range doesn't seem to have a strong place. MR or below is usually sufficient.
5. Puns are the best Ag weapons you can get and will suffice if no Orks or Tarans are available.
6. Keeping #5 in mind... If you can, though, use at least 1 bot for a Plasma (Tarans and/or Mags) platform.
7. Few light bots seem to do well... Stalkers and Aphid Jesse being the main stand-outs. Level 6 just doesn't get as much speed as you would normally need to make up for the lower HP and Firepower inherent in a Light Chassis.
8. Lances are great. Preferably with an Ancile. I like mine with Puns. But will use Tarans too.
9. Along the lines of #8, if you can throw in at least 1 Ancile in your hangar it will be needed at some point. 2 is even better. 3 may be a bit much if you are needing mobility over protection... unless the 3rd is a Carnage.
10. When in doubt, Griff it out. Meaning, if you have no idea what to run, throw in Griffs with traditional loadouts. Gunship, Leadhose, DB, RDB, PDB, all are useful. Mixing it up is OK to a point, I think Bronzie runs a Pun/Tulu Griff... or used to. So you don't have to be tied down to the meta builds of yore, but it's a good place to start.
In conclusion, I don't have all the answers and prolly have some views that others disagree with... but either way it's various things that I have learned that helped me. If it helps you, GREAT!

What is the big deal with the 6 pack leauge all of a sudden? I've know many people who load out both their hangars for 6/6 long and short range maps. Watch the videos posted to see what the big deal is. |

What is the big deal with the 6 pack leauge all of a sudden? Well... it's not all of a sudden... we've had about 3 or 4 months of tournaments. But it's growing on both iOS and Android and like kuk said there is a separate place for us to talk about it now... if you only look at Recent threads/posts you'll not be able to tell the subforum as easily. |

Oh I dunno, seen what Pix has been doing lately..? 6 pack is a better War Robot experience, it's the game before Pixonic 「illegitimate child」ized it. So if you want to play the game in it's best version, 6 Pack is as close as it gets. And as Casino Robots keeps getting worse, 6 pack will only get bigger. |

ⓣⓡⓘⓒⓚⓨ48 I like point #10 the best. Griffin is amazing in 6 pack. They are so versatile, play well with novice and advanced users, and their jump is so intimidating and unpredictable. Super cheap to buy, but of course the weapons can be pricey.

The surprise standout for 6 pack that a lot of us didn't credit at all prior to 6 pack has been the fujin. Especially in a meta that does not have as much plasma as you would expect.

6 Pack is past the 6 month mark I believe.
Aurora Nova fielded its first 6 Pack team in the league this past November and I believe there were at least 1 or 2 months before that.
Also, I'm trying to make the Pothead Vityaz a thing. Not sure it's ready for the league but it's seen it's share of Fight Night action!

A set or 2 of Orkans is probably one of the most valuable gold purchases for really good 6-pack hanger. Orkan Rog or a DB Griffin (or Rhino) is nice to have for sure. If I was starting a new hanger on a new account (and had 5000 Au), I'd go with 2 sets of orkans over a Lance without a doubt. Rogs are also highly prized. That'd me my first 6/6 gold bot (if starting over). |

1) dashes aside and new bots all the others are game right (wsp and gold included)?
2) same for weapons, except components all other weapons are game?

Basically yes, no Bot or Weapon that is component based at this time is allowed. That means that the disallowed list includes Tempests and Storms and Gusts as well as all the other newfangled component weapons and bots. Everything else... from Destriers to Lancelots to Butches, are allowed. |

The great thing about the new crap you get through keys is it’s slowly building me a half decent 6/6 hanger

Just need a Lanc now. No way I’m going to pay 5k Au though.
Might buy a Doc and load with Tulumbas. As have friggin loads of those at lvl 5.
Does the Doc work?

I think however, you would be far better off using those wsp resources on a few more tarans. (and magnums - but tarans first - at least get one plasma griffin). Leo punisher ancille - while a little low on firepower - is a surprisingly useful addition to your lineup. |

If you overload on them, while being the best tanks, you're asking for your lack of speed to be used against you. And it will be. Lance is a good addition to your selection of brawlers, nothing more. |

Thoughts on this hanger?
Im torn on what to put on the doc.. I'd have to buy WSP weapons, I have enough of them sitting in inventory but wouldn't you know it they're lv7 :/
May have to sub out the Tarans temporarily as all my WSP is going towards comp deals, But it probably would be a month before I could find the time to upgrade and get the hanger ready anyway as I got other stuff on my upgrade list first.
Don't bother suggesting rhino's, lances, and fujins.. all nice I agree but there is no room in the budget for them right now.. these bots I got just sitting in inventory, best of what I could toss together.
Gareth - Taran/Magnum
Griff - Punishers
Natasha - Treb/Spiral Or Griff Molot/Spiral
Leo - Thunder/PinataX2/Aphid
Doc - Taran/Orkan, Or Punisher/Orkan Or Molot/Orkan ??

Make the doc punisher ork. make the leo thunder pinata or punisher only. long range doesn't really have a place. I'd probably say a second punisher griff but molots can work.

The Gary is the only one I would be hesitant about... but try a few of the pick up games against/with Donkey and them and see how it plays out. I'd be happy with all of the others as a starting point to finding what works for you. I dropped the RDB, personally, but others still use it well. IMO, YMMV |
