So, for those that don't know... "Loaders" are overseas hackers that buy gold with stolen credit card numbers. Of course VISA ultimately gets the money back from Pixonic when the credit fraud is discovered... However by that time the hackers have taken the purchased gold and sold it to others via their own gold-selling websites for pennies on the dollar. So they don't care at all.
Edit: I should also clarify that they also get gold from other unscrupulous means, such as actually hacking the game and giving their account gold... Those accounts are always discovered and banned by Pixonic, but not before they've already taken that gold and sold it via their gold-selling websites.

you either tie all currencies to 1 foundation curreny. i.e U.S Dollar. So a Dash = 300 US, that would equal 360,000 Niara Nigerian dollars (that would be 6 months salary for average worker). Instead they base the cost of items on the Cost of Living in that country.

If it was so “smart” and ethical, people wouldn’t be so furtive about what they’re doing. If anything, I would place this in a gray area. A shady gray area. I agree with you that these "loader" practices are ethically dubious at best, and I have little sympathy for those who engaged in them. At the same time, I'm not letting Pixonic off the hook either. The company chose this monetization model, and it should have foreseen that $300 bots that require $1000 to fully upgrade would provide a strong incentive for people to cheat the system. Pixonic defecated its bed and must now lay with such filth.

I kind of half assumed there was something up with some of the outrageous hangars we've seen, and that all those players couldn't/wouldn't have spent the kind of money those hangars would require. This is all Pix's own doing for creating such imbalance by putting OP crap in the game for such outrageous prices. Sure there will always be some people trying to game the system; but the huge gap they have created just so they themselves could make a fast buck means more people are going to find increasingly creative ways to cheat the game. I blame Pix as much or more than the individuals actually perpetrating these arrangements. It's like street thugs stealing mob money.

Cyprus as a Tax Haven Beginning shortly after the fall of the Berlin Wall, the government of Cyprus established its country as a tax haven, specifically targeting Russian oligarchs, as well as Eastern European civilians and companies. The country’s low flat corporate tax rate, strict privacy laws and geographic desirability due to its proximity to Europe and Russia helped to increase the popularity of the tax haven over the following three decades. As a result, the banking industry boomed in Cyprus, growing to become nine times larger than the country’s economy by 2009. I thought these guys were actually some noobs who tried to steal $ from some guys. Didn’t knew that they’d might be using so called loader ( I still don’t know what exactly it means) .Before one month I saw tons of these guys selling gold with these offers in fb, some were even around 300k for very less $. I thought that such huge amount of gold was impossible to get but with all those mk2 guys running in champs I did thought that some of them were using hacks or getting stuff some other way.

Can you expand on this? I’ll be honest: I don’t fully know how loaders work. I suspected there was some currency manipulation and/or stolen credit cards/iTunes cards, etc., but I am still figuring things out myself. Sounds like they are finding people that live where currency exchange between them and the purchase of Au in that region is cheap. So they send the guy $10 US dollars to a nigerian, that = 3600 Niara. For 3000 Niara, he can gift clan 5000 Au or something. I'm assuming all this I thought the currency exchange is the same. 10 dollars is exactly 3600 niara and would get you the same thing as 10 dollars

Atleast they were correct in no risk to ban... They know the Greed in Pixonic is deep and doing the right thing by banning would hurt thier pockets a tiny bit. so no ban!

You my dear, are our heroine in shining armour. Not even kidding. ΛNNlHlLΛTRlX for president!!! You called her Heroine, good thing you stuck that e on the end...LOL or else she would become addicting and something you put up you nose... Maybe the former is better as the info she gives is quite needed and addicting...

OK so what?! I mean really SO WHAT!! they still have all that stuff. they still have OP hangers!! So PIX suspended accounts and reinstated them... SO WHAT?? Nothing has changed. You can still use a loader if you are careful. If you are modest in the practice... They have done NOTHING!!! A perm suspension is action. Temp suspension is a slap. again SO WHAT! I agree with krebby. PIX did this to themselves. Now if they gut the top players that have a history of purchasing large Au then maybe we will get somewhere.

No sympathy for Pixonic here. They absolutely caused this practice by pricing the new OP gear well beyond any kind of reasonable sum. I mean, my God, LOOK at the amount of players who are doing it!!! Well-known, longtime players in formerly reasonably-respected clans. It’s almost shocking. Heck, yeah, Pixonic did this to themselves. They broke their game RIGHT after they had achieved the most balanced meta ever in the 3+ years I’ve been playing (just before the dash release). All in the name of greed.

And yes, this is yet another reason why grammar is important. I’m something of a grammar nazi so I’m glad someone appreciated it rather than just get annoyed by it. My wife on the other hand...

Wonder if this crack down will reshape the legends league and the top 100 clans list. Some of those guys had incredible activity levels.
Had a gold seller join our clan once. He managed to get in without being accepted. Then he advertised his trade and disappeared.

Go figure Not so Ironic,I think, the loader denies them the ligit sale as they got more than what was listed, the tanker does not effect their bottom line. if anything tankers backload it from frustrated players trying to survive. So they go after the ones that effect their profit. Sad but that is how I see it. Tankers are an annoyance to players and players are an annoyance to Pix .

How can we tell for sure from a freeloader to a legit player when their hangers are all similar? Are we assuming freeloaders have all 5 hangers loaded with all mk-IIs latest weps and bots? because I could go and check out legend leagues and report them all right now..

I reckon pix can sort this without any assistance. They can look at the activity levels. If someone plays 20 hours a day than there is an issue. if someone gets gifted truck loads of gold there is an issue...... its just a logic and then coding/scripting.
If pix gets this right then the legend league and clan rankings will look significantly different.

This may help shed some light on the subject: Based on the way the explanation was given it just seems to be an accepted practice with an "Oh well, bad luck, got caught, move on" attitude. Given the comment delivery it would appear that this practice is an accepted and widespread activity. It actually casts a credibility cloud over the LL and clan activity IMO.

Another issue most concerning, based on OPs converstion sample between pixonic and (guilty)player, player gets a slap on the wrist, gold removed BUT had their account unblocked(regardless of TOS’s do’s and don’t). Now anyone can pretend to be a saint full of righteousness the moment they’re caught and are still able to retain their ill-gotten gears? Hell I’m reporting every filth I see off or on the battlefield!...No wait, I have a better idea. Join em! Get your wrist slapped, big deal, you can still keep those ill-gotten bots and weps anyway!
