Im not sure whether i like it or hate it, but its quite obvious that killing an enemy also cancels it's missiles that are still on their way. Is it realistic? Is it fair? It could mean the loss of a kill.
Theories: - Missiles lose their mothership (the robot who fired them) and therefore their guidance/tracking is also lost. - Error in the game.
What do you guys think about this?

Currently, the game bases things on visuals, though it may change in the future, when missiles flying through the air hit their target even after the bot that fired them are destroyed

Mind you, there's also the missiles that lag says fired even though they seem like they got let off before you died. So it'll always feel like you,got robbed of some missiles- but it would be nice to get the core bug fixed.

I actually noticed today that I had missiles die when my launcher was popped off, even though I wasn't dead! That caught me off guard. Oh, and got me killed, but that's a different issue.
