Hi,
I tried MEmu for the first time, but failed to map the keyboard to my liking. Those of you who have succeeded: 1. The arrow keys could be used automatically to move the robot, but how do I remap this to achieve the same effect with say a,d, w and s? Dragging this round "WASD" key to the movement location did not do the trick. 2. I could not fire and move constantly (say Magnums). Having only the arrow keys operational I mapped fire (all) to 0 and activate special to 1 on the numeric pad, but when I kept "0" pressed the weapon would not fire continously. 3. Is there a way to connect a joystick/controller?
Best, F.

Here is few threads about MEmu: Memu controlsMemu and mapping1. The arrow keys could be used automatically to move the robot, but how do I remap this to achieve the same effect with say a,d, w and s? Dragging this round "WASD" key to the movement location did not do the trick. After drag, you have to map keys to it. Move mouse pointer over W on that circle and click it. Then press the key you want to map to it. Do the same for A, S and D. Remember to save configuration (Save on top right). The circle can be also resized to match original movement circle. 2. I could not fire and move constantly (say Magnums). Having only the arrow keys operational I mapped fire (all) to 0 and activate special to 1 on the numeric pad, but when I kept "0" pressed the weapon would not fire continously. Drag the "Shoot" icon (looks like bullet) to the center of red button to fire all weapons together. 3. Is there a way to connect a joystick/controller? This question is out of my knowledge, maybe someone would know? In the above links are some pictures from keymappings, check them out too !

There is a link on the wikia site to use a joystick. This is what I use. It is called joy2key. I found it under the section of how to play on pc, there is a link there to download it and. Instructions are there. Plus you need to fiddle with it at first to get it right. When you first setup, you will need to be spend a few seconds at the beginning of a battle so you can get everything in the right place and right size. It is kind of awkward the first time.
It works well. You can assign your wads to the joystick and it allows you to resize the overlay so it covers the whole area. I also mapped a key to a button on my joystick to perform the jump and drop shield or raise shield on my rhino. Both are in same place.
Now I still use my mouse for aiming and shooting. Right click for activating, left click to fire. Memu handles this without any settings if I remember correctly.
You must remember to load joy2key before Memu.
I use a Logitech Extreme 3D Pro with USB connection.

That's exactly what I did. I also managed it without problems in Bluestacks which has the same principle, but no luck with MEmu. Seems it worked sometimes, but sometimes not. Couldn't really figure out what's going on here... No, caps lock was not enabled, or something similar Will try again and report back.

Alright, no idea why the keys didn't work the first time. I actually managed to set up joy2key so that I can do everything with my joystick (Thrustmaster T-Flight Stick X). I use a slider to shift my view, and can map all 4 fire buttons. Takes some major getting used to, because the 4 fire buttons on the stick are up, left, right and down, while the firing controls are left up, left down, right up, right down of course. Performance is an issue. I tried the tips in the Wiki and the performance got worse. (My graphics card is rather slow, but not that slow.) Without the tips it's playable. And I did manage a 10 gold performance right in my first battle Secondary account though, used normally by my daughter. Thanks for the help. Edit: This page is a good introduction to Joy2Key.

frunobulaxI was totally hoping you could get Memu to work, I like joy2key, I just didn't want to have secondary software running in the background. It does seem to lag at times, I messed with a few of the settings, but finally just went back to the default. I did go against the advice of the post in the wiki section and let Memu upgrade to newest version. for me at least it seems to run smoother. Glad you were able to get it setup.

frunobulaxHave you entered squad or a clan yet. If you have, have you had any problem with chat? If it has locked the game and emulator on you have you been able to find a fix for it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Have checked their forum and support and not found an answer to this problem yet. or any one else reading this post. Help is needed.

Hello. How can I add an existing account or player to my MEnu in the PC? I meant, I have one account in the PC with the MEmu but I want to add my Android Phone Account too and use BOTH in the PC separately.- Thanks a Lot.- Easiest way is to use multi-memu app to create and start multiple instances of Memu. It saves you from login/logout processes when switching between two accounts. Memu website conserning this is down at the moment I write this, but I try to explain how to create second memu. Note: I have MEmu version 2.6.6 installed as now and explanations are based on it.When you installed Memu you should see somewhere "Multi-MEmu" app. It looks like this but with only one MEmu line: Click the Clone -button and it will create duplicate copy of MEmu and all contents what it contains (apps, settings etc.). Start new copy by (in image "MEmu_1") clicking green triangle and setup MEmu account to match your second account. Before you start War Robots app - start Google Play Games and add your second Google account in there and make sure it is selected/active. If it is not, you could accidentally sync your first War Robots account to it and lose second War Robots account progress ! When setup is completed there is now need to login/logout everytime you wan't to switch War Robots accounts - just start appropiate Memu instance ! Note: I can't double check if all goes like I writed, because MEmu site is down but here is the link to it: www.memuplay.com/blog/index.php/2016/01/27/play-multiplayer/

If I translated right "Iniciar" means start and that might be yours "green triangle" if you haven't yet try it ? If I'm right and Memu starts then be sure which one memu is for your first and second account - that you don't accidentally sync accounts wrong way. War Robots Wikia has good guide to check, althought it does not cover Multi-Memu. Check the sync progress chapter, it gives you some tips! warrobots.wikia.com/wiki/How_to_play_WWR_on_PC
