Here it is, the first elimination round of the Mr/Ms Influence competition! Each day this week I'll post two head-to-heads (staggered to avoid forum spam), and they'll close two days later.
This poll will run until Wednesday evening.

You want everyone to just get a participation award? That's what a popularity contest IS. How about based on something tangible like accomplishmens? I get the point, but the forums have not had any decrease in whining or increase in GOOD advice (lots of well intentioned bad advice though) so what is the point? Also I'm bitter I can't get new WW bots since "nice" is not in my nature.... But keep that on the down low.... |

When the Influence Points came out and people saw this massive grind to get a WW bot, and the miniscule drips of IP they could get from things like inviting friends, many were very disappointed and/or frustrated. So shaolinrogue and I have a contest here over the course of which sixteen people will be splitting a pot of 81,000 IP. 81,000. Seventeen Jesses, a Doc, and a Butch's worth. For free. Do you think you can do better? Do you feel your hard work has allowed you to have a better relationship with the game's developers so that you can deliver prizes of your own? If so, are you willing to put in the legwork and coordinate the whole thing? No...?  |

There is a language filter on this forum for a reason. As a moderator I would have expected Dredd77 to understand that. Example "Bye 「female dog」" Free stuff all you want, but your title is "Moderator". As in to MODERATE conflicts; not intiate them. |

While some people were missing the point, four of our forum goers came together and did something awesome that made all of us happier for it. You guys can call it a ?poo-poo?show all you want, but I made new friends and gained a ton of respect for a lot of people during this contest and lost a little respect for a tiny handful that couldn't let people enjoy something free. Between the choices below, i prefer the one with the very attractive Evan Rachel Wood, myself.   |
