I'm hoping someone can help me with this. I have been saving gold for the dashers and new weapons. I had over 20k last night and today I have 5k. I have submitted a ticket but is there a better way to get in touch with Pix? Has this happened to anyone else? Any suggestions are welcome

Happened to me but only with 500-600 like a 2 weeks after I started playing. I had Over 1000, woke up the next morning, unlocked phone, only had 400-500. No new weapons. Upgrade was still going so didn't accidently speed up upgrade. Have no idea why. Didn't think much of it though cause it was only in the hundreds. I'be never even made it 5K yet though so if I lost 15K?!? I'd be firetruckin' pissed!

At first the guy was helpful and promised he'd look into it. As time went by, his attitude tanked and he began implying that I was trying to scam things. Eventually, he insulted me and closed the ticket. Thankfully, I was in the prime of my sealclubbing timeline so I could re-earn the lost gold in a week's time, but it still sucked. I really hope your experience goes far better than mine. Save |

Ok, so you have less gold, and nothing new that jumps out at you as it having been spent on.
Do you suddenly have a bunch of higher levelled weapons/bots? Not new, just the ones you had are now suddenly lvl 9 instead of lvl 6?
Do you have a boatload of Workshop Points all of a sudden?
How abaout Influence Points? These do not show up unless you are in the buy robot shop, looking at Jesse, Doc and/or Butch.
Boatload of event Tokens?

Again, on a MUCH much smaller scale, but I went over everything too and nothing had changed or increased... just vanished gold. I REALLY hope this gets resolved for you, bud. That's chingo de gold.. Could you file a complaint with Google play or apple if they don't reimburse you? That would come out to alot of cash if you had paid for that much gold!

Only direct payments that pass through the stores, i.e. you pay $$ for Playstore credits, can be tracked in Android or IOS. Ingame currency gained via playing is not refundable at ALL, unless it was bought with Cash, and under certain strict terms (time mostly) |

Just be patient, this happened on weekend, most probably your issue will be solved in the first 2-3 days of next week. |

I suspect you won't see that gold again. Which really sucks. Only thing I can think of is someone bought and sold a Butch while you weren't looking. The Gold would be gone and you'd have nothing to show for it.

What if Pixonic has coded in a random chance of this happening once you reach a certain gold savings threshold?
This doesn't happen to everyone who saves gold of course but maybe to a small percentage of the playerbase so that they can reduce a massive amount of gold out in the game world at any point and just risk alienating a very small % of their playerbase.
