Always feel I'm outclassed in games, maybe I'm doing my hangar the wrong way. Any input to either: 1) change stuff for MM to put me in a lower tier or 2) change stuff to optimise my chances of winning at current tier? (Maybe it boils down to my noob skills) Or is it too late and I should just start the game all over again?

I see a lot of this, running level 6 heavies with low level weapons. In my opinion your better of running medium bots at level 3 with your level 5 weapons. Upgrade your weapons to at least level 8 then transition to the heavier bot if that's your preference.

Can I buy new level 1 bots, keep my current bots inactive in the inventory (remove them from the hangar) to reduce my tier in MM? Or do I have to buy new level 1 bots and completely remove all current bots from inventory and hangar (sell them)?

You just need to take your old bots out of the active hangar. You don't need to sell them. That said, your Gepard has been upgraded beyond where it is useful - max L4 IMO.

The only thing I can think of that would push you up in regards to MM is the Rhino. I think for level 23 you have a solid 4 slot hangar nd you dont need to restart or do a major rehaul. My suggestion is to shelf the rhino and replace it with a stock griffin, same weapons loadout. You will know very fast if the rhino is the MM problem.

The rhino is definitely pulling you up, just remove them from your active hangar and go with medium bots, you can come back to the Rhino and griffin later as they are both very useful bots later on. Practise in silver till your win percentage is high then move up to gold using the rhino and griffin. You may be able to use your gepard in Silver as a beacon capper... Although lower down a cossack does that job perfectly well and doesn't cost gold...

Thanks guys, wouldn't filling my hangar with level 1 light bots fitted with current level 5-6 weapons be better? Why are most people recommending medium bots level 2-4?

I'll admit: I recommend 2/4 because of Adrian.

I'll admit: I recommend 2/4 because of Adrian. This works very well, providing you don't run into clubbers running GEP/MAGS lol. In saying that though, the COSSACK is nimble enough to avoid most of the GEPS damage if used correctly.

I used exactly this strategy with over a 90% win rate to farm without too many problems with Geps. I started farming in low silver only when my win% started creeping higher enough that I was hitting full hangars consistently. #JustSaying #WhyISay2/4

Well you have heavies so I assumed you had passed the bronze tier, if you fancy light bots go with that. Depends on what your goal is I guess.
