I've been running a lights hangar and I'm facing heavy loaded Rhinos and Massive griffins. I've tried a medium hangar and it's Lancelot galore. I've loaded my highest hangar and I'm facing bots and weapons at least 4 levels higher.
What the heck?

Premise: despite my status on this forum as a newbie, I've been playing the game for months and i kinda know how to deal with the MM. This one below is purposefully slightly overlevelled not to go all seal clubbing (and, in fact, I usually get level 28-30playes with similarly geared hangars.. or used to) So, how does this: Get matched (just to get examples from my last match which is pretty representative of the last 24 hours) with this: I've played this hangar before, I've faced the odd Leo when I was in high %%, but rhinos, galahads and quadrupedes? When I'm down to around 50% wins? Weird. I'm even managing, for the fun of it, to get the odd victory as the big ones often ignore the humble Shutzes, but I'm obviously being one buttoned away. I would just lik to know of they have changed the MM or... ?

because your weapons are Level 7. you should stick to Level 6 if you want to stay in bronze

Andunethel is running nothing but light bots, none over lvl 3. They should be able to load out lvl 9 weapons and stay high bronze. But even in high bronze one runs into heavies but not loaded out strong. There is something wrong in Andunethel's situation. Since i run high bronze-low silver, i really do not notice the heavies much unless their thunder-plasma.

I've also tried to remove the ghepard, wondering whether they added extra penalties for gold bots, same result. In the meanwhile, I've read of a secretive MM bug (secretive in the sense that people have been writing about it and the posts, on the old forum, have been redacted), so maybe that, but can't know because now who knows about the bug can explit ir, who doesn't... (again assuming that is)

That seems odd indeed. I wouldn't think you'd see many heavies with that hangar, unless you are in a squad with other players bigger than you.

Funny, I've gone from seeing heavies and Tri-Mag Gepards fairly often to seeing them very rarely. All I've done recently is bought an Orkan and then a Taran. I figure maybe I'd leveled up past the annoying madness, but a lot of my opponents are like level 9 or 12, but with enough 20+ ones mixed in so that pretty much every match has been refreshingly competitive. All my bots are 4/6 or 4/5.
Maybe whatever fixed things for me broke things for Andunedhel.

Basically if I put a lvl 11 weapon on a lvl 1 light bot, as a test, I would still see 8/10 heavies.
After that I have just stay in my low gold hanger. Pretty much the same matches.

If you put a level 11 weapon on a light bot you'll still be in silver tier.

I think they've been messing with things in the background.
A few days ago my tier 2 hangar started seeing Yamantau and much tougher opposition. I had NEVER seen Yamantau with that hangar before, and didn't change anything.
I switched up to a tier 3 hangar and played that for a day or two.
Now things seem to be back to normal (I play tier 2 with junior clanmates). I have no idea.

Good. Looking at the Weapon levels you're more superior. Maybe they put more emphasis on wsp weapons. Coz there's no justification for seal clubbing new players. Someone with tarans and magnums should never be in bronze.
