It's looks like you probably have more time in the game than me, so bear that in mind, but in the same situation I saw a huge difference in the DB Griffin once the weapons got to 8/9. Your probably coming up against lvl 10 bots all the time and with the load out At 7 it is not so much a death button as a 'hurts them real bad, but they are still stood there shooting back' button.
You also don't have any mid range, I know I find mine useful, always have at least on in the hanger.

If we talk cheap solutions here: I would make something longrange, for example level up your Molots, and put it all on the Rhino\Griffin. Or a sniper Natasha. Sniper Natasha would only work on some maps (Yama, Canyon better, and Springfield\Shenzhen to lesser extent), and Molots could even be used on Moon\DeadCity to some extent. But you need them to be at least at lvl6~8 to be more or less viable. And Molots are awesome against Anciles\Carnages, you can help you mates strip Ancile off Lance\Fujin. Also you might try replacing Gal with Thunder+Pinata Leo, for cheap bulky splash damage. Or Trident\Pin combo, or even Trident\Molots (and maybe later replace Trident with Tempest). But I think the best result will come with 5 slot, once again :-D |

As you said, I tried molots on Griffin but so much cool down time hurts. I love to play close combats and capture beacons. I have sniper natasha and tried this too but again, in few maps it will bring down the team. Replacing Galahad hurts, man! Kind of soft corner for it  I think I just will wait for 5th Slot.. |

Upgrade the DB Griffin to 9/10, save your Au for 5th slot and put a RDB Griffin. I will upgrade weapon 1 level above bot, especially Thunder Carnage and DB Griffin, the burst damage is more important than few thousand hp after level 9 (max speed).
just my opinion, could be wrong

It may even be feasible to start levelling the RDB now or soon. At level 7, it's totally functional at your MM level. That's about a week of upgrading, and you could test it out in place of another bot if you wanted to. |

I have ~2k au and ~7kWSP Suggestions are welcome, from 2 months I am struggling at 2300-2400 rating! Galahad has turns out very weak against splash weapons. What would be the best hanger with above choices. Thanks a lot. I say take out the Galahad, and replace it with a Zeus/Gekko Leo, this works very VERY well in high gold thru crystal. |

Its a very useful general purpose bot right now, i have it in my hangar and i wont replace it. It works in every map as well |

You've got the toys to fill it, so save for the 5th slot. If you are grinding for your Au, it'll be a while anyway, so I'd consider waiting to see the costs of Dash bots and new weapons, and reports on how good they are.
Once Scourge is out, your Gala might be valuable again, depending on how good the new weapon is and how quickly it becomes common. Until then, consider replacing Gala with RDB Griffin, or just using it as expendable beacon capper. You can also see how Tulus and Pins work on Gala, especially if you feel bothered by Geckos, Zeuses and Trebs and want to go hunting them.
So my single short-term advice is, upgrade an RDB setup, and try it both on Gala and on Griffin.
