Intro: I've been to testserver since February, I know how it works.
Uploaded video every time, filled the report.
Been receiving rewards since the first time.
The issue: this week's reward has not been accounted for me. I tried contacting Pixonic, namely:
- in-game "support"
- "contact" form on their FAQ.mobi site
So far I received "「fluffernutter」 you" in disguise from supporter (bot?) named Igor.
Who support test server rewards then?
I will get a screen here attached.
The question: how do one know/dispute testserver reward? Are there any channels I am not aware of?
