I decided to swap strategies and work on a multi-hangar setup. One for Silver, one for low gold/high silver, and a gold tier hangar.
The Silver will be all 5/5 Mediums. I'm leveling up the Mediums now.
The Next will be a bunch of 8/8 Mediums, maybe some Heavies and a Stealth.
The last one will eventually be a 12/12 Upper Gold
I like to play against newer players to see what they are trying out and also use some of the smaller mediums that I enjoy to play with . I just wish I could have a "Kill all Seal Clubbers" button since 4/12 MagGeps and others can be abusive and annoying.

Low silver Medium kit can be 6/6 or 4/7 to sit solidly in the bracket.Lights can be 4/9 or 6/8. Heavies will drag you up until you lose enough to be there at anything higher than 6/4
High silver mediums can be 7/7 or 5/8 to sit solidly in that bracket. Lights can be 4/12,6/11 or 8/9. Heavies can be 6/6.
Wsp bots will push you higher at any level of gameplay.

I already have a set of 8/8 Mediums I take it then that I can go 6/6 with these Then I need a plan for all the rest....

I have 2 things.....first I'm saving $ for slot #5 and second I'm avoiding use of my WSP and AU bots to keep these in a lower bracket.
I might even go for a 4th hangar of 5 bots somewhere at 10/12 mediums and 8/8 or 7/9 Heavies using some WSP and AU bots before I go for a High Gold hangar.
I just like to play a variety since you get some variety as far as players and strategies go.

I've found myself in a nice, sweet spot for what I believe we're calling low silver. I see Yamantau, rarely see either a Rhino or a Carnage (Rarely is probably less than 5%) but that doesn't mean that they weren't sitting there in hangars. Still see occasional Gepards and even full hangar Gepards, but that's extremely uncommon and I strongly feel that they are there because of a lack of players and they get moved down to my group.
My hangar is all level 4, medium, AG bought 'bots. Weapons are all level 7 with a mix of AG, AU, and WSP. I'm almost always top 2 in my group, win or lose.

I am a fan of the variety also, and my newest project is to try to fashion a good silver hangar around 2 galahads, 2 rogs and either a boa, trident or thunder carnage, or just an Ag medium support bot. All bots are level 1 or 2 and weapons are all 7 or 8. It can be tough and I see every bot but they're not usually gold strength. I still maintain about 60-70% win pct. It's a little light on hp of course but I love using the galahads and I don't want to wait until I have a proper gold hangar to put them into the action. It's just nice to take a break from my barely low gold squad (all heavies 6/7 or 6/8).

That is pretty much my feelings as well. The 6/8 Heavies are fun and stomping some 12/12 Rhino can be fun, but it gets repetitive as people tend to have all the same stuff. DB or Missile Griffins or Rhinos. The mix of Brit bots every now and then. I really wished that the Ag bots were nerfed a bit to make them more competitive and bring this back to a game where skill mattered a bit more than the pocket book. Having a crapload of silver at over 30 million made me decide to spend some creating additional hangars setups.

May I ask why?
I have my rookie/low bronze gold farming hangar, which I use to supplement my higher level hangar. What's the thought behind having say...7 hangars, at different tiers?
I understand bot diversity - having 10 options instead of 5 - but why at different MM levels, am I missing something? 0.o

It keeps me in different tiers fighting different kinds of bots and opponents.

The three brackets that will guarantee diversified gameplay are
High Bronze: 4/9, 6/8 lights, 4/6, 5/5, 2/7 mediums
Mid silver: 4/12,6/11, 8/10 lights, 4/8, 6/7, 2/9 mediums, 6/6 heavies
and Gold:12/12 lights, 10/10+ mediums & heavies.
At anything lower than gold, bad players and inefficient bots are everywhere. I honestly find silver tiers to be better than bronze tiers for pretty much everything.
