DarkVagabond dispute the copyright claim as Fair Use. The feature is built into Youtube if you click on the copyright notice. Simply file a dispute and all restrictions will be removed until either: a) They reject the dispute and restrictions are returned. b) After 30 days they do nothing. In that case, they lost their chance to hold any copyright restrictions over the video.

Yea same, after I used "Got Your Six" in a video and it gave me hell I started checking the restrictions on each song if I'm not using copyright free stuff.
I don't mind if I can't monetize the video but dislike when it is blocked anywhere.

Yeah, think I'm gonna let this one slide. I wrote a pretty good message already in the dispute, but they seem hell bent on banning it. I don't really want a strike against my YT account by going further with it. It's only banned in Nth America, so I'm sure anyone who really wants to see it can just change their VPN or something. Furthermore, it's available on my FB, albeit without sound  I know, super lame.... Thanks for all the help tho Viva  |
