I'm new to the forums also, but what I would recommend is that you change the Cossack or Destrier to a Griffin (or Carnage). If you change the cossack, put the taran in your storage, then save up and buy another one to equip on the Rhino. Rhino is probably getting a buff, and punisher definitely is. If you chose to get rid of the destrier, in my opinion, you can put the magnums on either the rhino or natasha, however, I would choose rhino because it's loadout is close range, while natasha is a sniper. In principle, snipers are never good as they don't usually help the team a lot unless you are with a good coordinated squad.
Get rid of the destrier, the Cossack and the Natasha.
Ensure your weapons on each bot are of the same range. Example: tumbalas with Pins, orkans with pinatas.
Also, what league are you in right now?
Try looking around the forum at various good players hangars and seeing how you might want to emulate them.

I am in silver III. That is bad news about the Destrier and Natasha. Both are very fun to play and tend to be very deadly when used right. My Rhino is so slow I hate to use him unless he will spawn near the action.

How is having fun bad news ? The dudes with 4 griffin hangers must be bored out of their skulls.
On the other hand you did ask for advice to improve.
I never played with a Rhino but it seems no more or less solid than any other heavy bot . I think you could do better swopping out those Rhino weapons for Plasma vomit .
Natasha could swop out Kang dai for Trebs which are in theory better . I myself would rather use punisher over molots but thats preference. 3 out of six maps are sniper friendly . Thunder Natasha is fun to play with . Most of my other bots never swopped weapons in and out but I always loved doing that for Natasha.
I would suggest keep one of your light bots in the inventory and buy another heavy . If you like Natasha you will probably enjoy playing Leo . Thats a nice solid bot with good Armour but a pain to upgrade. When you have steal beacon quest bring out your lights when you need to kill things bring out your heavies .
