It's best to ask the guys in the Pixonic Insiders program if they do. I have a feeling that it's the opposite.

So because of my job I spend a LOT of time working with customer service folks (and actually writing code for them every now and again), I have a sort of "insiders take" on this. - Unless there are a lot of people contacting about the same thing at the same time, generally no. If a server goes down and no nerd alarms go off, CS will escalate something like that quickly.
- If there are persistent complaints about something that are very specific and go on for a long time CS will, write an auto response text, and bucket the mails.
- In an ideal world someone would look at these buckets and get a sense of how many contacts are there but very few people ever do (it is a black hole)
- If it gets so bad that your costing CS money (they are a cost center) or driving folks mad with volume you won't make any headway.
- The exception to this is "whales" or High value customers, however most high value customers have a decay factor --- if you spent a lot in the past but not recently don't expect to get the same service as someone who spends like clockwork even in small amounts. Most places also have lifetime max on value, your going to be platinum for life, but those figures are obscenely large.
You could write pix till your blue in the face, and not make any headway.
If you want to make a stink, you do it on twitter, OR on reddit (but that has a small community) or get creative with how you do your outreach to get to a larger audience.

Voted for YES.
IMO Pix listens but not to obey. They pick up a good idea and modify it according to their needs.
Ever heard the story of a devil and a man? The man asked devil to give him money. OK, said devil, you'll be flooded with gold. The man agreed. Next moment he's been crushed to death by a flood of golden coins that disappeared a moment later as the corpse wouldn't have any use of it...

I voted "somewhat". When the new MM dropped and we could no longer play what lineups we like(d), I contacted Pixo multiple times about the underpowered Rogatka. As a bot that costs 2500 Au, I - among many other players -- felt that Rog deserved a buff to make it viable in top tier play. It took a while, but sure enough, Pixo answered the call. They've also made tweaks to certain maps to make them more balanced, so while Pixo may not address every want we have, or fix every problem/complaint, at least they're not totally beyond taking action, and have made a few marked improvements.

I also voted "somewhat". I agree with Tatamat , they kind of listen, but then make decisions that not reflect exactly what players really meant. Good example that of the devil and the man. In my times we had several jokes involving a wicked genie in a lamp granting wishes to the man who freed him. Was about to post one of the jokes but I remember that maybe Cuthroat Princess could read this, so I better keep it to myself

They somewhat listen. I'm sure a lot of it goes in one ear and out the other as zer00eyz mentioned but I get the feeling that they do listen somewhat. They clearly act on major player concerns but not always in the way we want or the timeline we prefer. Some examples include the hydra buff, the gepard nerf, the Rhino nerf, ability to sell weapons and bots, the various aphid buffs and nerfs, the matchmaker changes (we did ask for more transparent matchmaking and hangar scores). The devil example certainly fits.
