She proclaimed early on she had no interest in ever reading the rules, let alone following them. I can respect the youthful spirit, but in the adulting world that usually doesn't get too far before running afoul of consequence. The anarchic manic pixie dreamgirl will away to pastures new... 1. Of course I'm playing too much, but I will never let anyone control me. If I'm at a party thinking about a game, I should be able to pull my phone out and play. I shouldn't have to wait until she goes to sleep. We talked today at work, and we're going to remain friends... which is great since I'm a better friend than a girlfriend. A bit of Gentlemanly Advice on dealing with the fairer sex: 1. Call them pet names like "Babe" or "Sweetie" so that you will not worry about forgetting their name or saying the wrong name. 2. Ask them to do trivial tasks for you, it makes them feel useful. 3. Never comment on how much they are eating or drinking, a well timed eyebrow raise will do the trick. 4. Always open a door for them, you wouldn't want them to hurt their fragile arms. 5. Wrap light insults in the package of a complement to gain and maintain the attention of ladies. That's a shame... at first... I did NOT like ID.
But then, by the end of her stay here, I began to enjoy her posts. I got the impression that while crass, she was at least genuine. And that much of her against-the-grain posts were taken much too seriously by most.

I jus got off mine today. At first I got pissed as hell, due to the circumstances. Got baited into poppin off at a mod. Even though I was still jus tryin to cut up and have fun with dude. Cuz I thought he was doing the same. But yea, I got bitter, and was gonna drop this place altogether.... But eh? I got over it. Oh and insane demon, apparently Dredd77 pranked the hell outta me and told me you were a chick and had a crush on me. Even photoshopped a "conversation" between you and him. You are clearly getting ahead on life if your mission is to continue to evade a forum ban you brought on yourself. From my perspective, go ahead and make a million of them. You'll try and fly under the radar for awhile, during which time you'll actually contribute positive activity to the Forum. Then, when your ego inevitably gets the better of you, and you can't help but slip in a wink and a nod so the dwindling number of people who remember you with any fondness might say, "AHA! SHE'S DONE IT AGAIN, THAT RASCAL!", we'll ban you and start again. Then we sanitise you from the board, which takes less time than it takes you to register a new account. Then you come and contribute more positive content, and inevitably get banned. No complaints on my end. |
