1/ You think you are holding the DB... but really you are only hitting the top right button firing one light weapon....
2/ You try to hit target lock and hit the DB instead firing all your rockets into the wall...
3/ You are on moon and fire all your rockets into the ceiling or the floor...
4/ Your DB doesn't stop even tho you are pushing half a screen above it and now I sprayed the rest of my plasma I needed to kill the guy behind me...
5/ Always stuck on something ffs... Catch my toes and stop my jump.... Now you have to walk all the way around now or wait 25 seconds which is exactly how long it takes to walk around...

More than once. Very frustrating.
Sometimes, when I just try to look around with my rogatka, placing the right finger waaaay separated of controls, I find my rogatka performing a stupid pointless vertical jump that drowns me in a wave of ridiculousness.

KoolAid Man here and all I can say is "Ohhhhhhh yeah!" All the above and more. I have had a red bot all locked up and ready to light them up...... BOOM! Lock breaks and I'm looking at the sky as my entire payload soars towards the moon. And even worse I'm facing backwards away from my previous target. Needless to say, gruesome frustrating death.

5/ Always stuck on something ffs... Catch my toes and stop my jump.... Now you have to walk all the way around now or wait 25 seconds which is exactly how long it takes to walk around... This...This is the worst. It got fixed around the "home" beacons on Yama, but there are still a few spots that you should be able to 「neat-o」 walk over but can't...there is a spot near the dam on Springfield that does this. And don't get me started about the vents on PowerPlant near one of the spawns....

5/ Always stuck on something ffs... Catch my toes and stop my jump.... Now you have to walk all the way around now or wait 25 seconds which is exactly how long it takes to walk around... I keep getting stuck on a texture near node C in Springfield. When I take the catwalk at the end of the map from node B, when you make the turn to head toward D there's a slightly raised block there. Although you look to be able to cut the corner somewhat and keep your mech on the walkway, I continually get stuck on that block. Separately, I periodically get hung up on a raised texture (building, cliff face, etc) when using my Bullet-hose Griffin. I'm left there suspended by my Punisher 2's and have to rotate more than 90 degrees to fix the issue.

LOL I do all of those things on a regular basis. I also inadvertently jump my Griffin at the most inopportune times. Big thumbs and a small iPhone screen are not a good mix.

1) Yep, because the buttons are a bit too small 2) Yep, because the buttons are a bit too small 3) Yep, on purpose, using the splash damage 4) Yep, also my mech sometimes keeps walking on his own or controls lock and i can't really move, shoot or aim 5) Yep, usually happens when i need to escape quickly

I hate when my Griffin is paddling in the air, while I am getting shot at. moon map is the worst if you jump on one of those walls. But I have same problems as you. Sometime I have my fingers off the phone and my Griffin is still moving

2/ You try to hit target lock and hit the DB instead firing all your rockets into the wall... This is only one problem with this button. It is MUCH too small. The second thing I don´t like is that this button unites multiple functions, press once: target lock, press twice: change target, press a third time: target lock on second target, etc, etc... Why can´t there be two buttons for two functions, one button for target lock and one button for changing the target. And I would like to have them on the left side of the screen, far away from the fire button.

<snip> 3/ You are on moon and fire all your rockets into the ceiling or the floor... <snip> Pixonic obviously never intended the moon map to showcase the glitchyness of auto-targeting but that's what you get with three standard elevations and many gradient slops between them.

I don't know why, but when I'm using Aphids the auto-target is the worst. And Lock Target just plain refuses to work. I need to be pointing my crosshair exactly at the guy to be able to lock him. And "special ability" button doesn't work in a big brawl. Exactly when I needed it most (stealth, jump, quickdraw).

Especially when you tapped the special and just trust that it works... If you notice a few seconds later, that you are almost dead, because somehow the stealth didn't work, while you were sure it did ..... ARGH A failed jump attempt is easier to spot than a failed stealth attempt, but not less annoying ... I really think pixonic needs to investigate those controller flaws.

This is VERY frustrating for my knife-fighting WW bots. I use some of them with Orkan\Pinata (Doc and Jesse), and sneaking behind the enemy to unleash hell of 4 rocket launchers the fastest possible way. But every now and then I am dying shooting pathetic 2 rockets per second while another pack of fully loaded weapon still not being switched.

I suppose, like me, you don't mind losing against more skilled players, but losing because the software ain't working correctly, is indeed frustrating, because there's nothing on your end you can do to fix it. For me it feels like i am C3PO, trying to fight Megatron ... lol

For me it feels like i am C3PO, trying to fight Megatron ... lol :) Surprisingly enough I don't mind loosing at all. I like close matches, when everything works as designed (software, teammates). And during the Event I happened to be placed pretty often in a team full of premature beacon hunters (that's what I call guys who cap two home beacons and leave the game); so in 1-2 minutes of play I often find myself in a team of 2-3 players against several enemy bots. I find that very amusing, because teammates who remained in-battle nevermind of the leavers were the best teamplayers of them all. One of such matches was Yamantau, where me and ONE teammate were fighting against full team (snipers, knifefighters, beacon runners) for 6 minutes straight, and even managed to capture center beacon and hold it for a minute. That was fun experience. We were fighting first 2 minutes against enemy at center, then we were killed and respawned back on base. And in a moment every other team members ejected and left the game. So we waited for 3 seconds, took a look around and then turned at each other. Upon long (maybe 1 second) stare at my teammate, I actually said "well, 「fluffernutter」 it, let's do this!", gave him a shot with my Thunder and started walking to center. He shot at me, and walked next to me. This was one of the funniest battles I ever had. We were covering each other with fire, shielding from enemy fire when buddy was reloading, using hide-and-seek tactics, trying to outsmart enemies. But then we died, me first and him 2 seconds later (once enemies understood that there are only two of us they started raiding our base). So, yes, I don't mind loosing to stronger enemy, because battles where you are outgunned and outmanned - the ones that provides the most experience and thrill to me. And I don't care about Leagues at all. What, 120 gold monthly reward, really? Pff.

Russel: Great story and i agree with everything you said. I also don't care about leagues, but since i need Gold (and maybe a bit Silver, for the moment i have more than enough) for Mechs and weapons i need to win some matches too. I'm trying to collect 100 AU per day (including the 2 dailies), then i'm happy. If i need to play the whole day to finish the dailies, i am not that happy, because it means i am moving forward (gold) too slowly, while upgrading is a very slow process already. However, as long as there are some fun matches (no matter wether lose or win) a day, it keeps me going, since playing games should be all about having fun. Guess i need to work on not taking the game too serious

Daily tasks could stack up to 5 at same time, and you might be completing several at once. So if one day you got two tasks (get beacons, win battles) and not able to finish it in this day - don't worry. You will get 2 more next day (say, deal xxx damage and liberate xx beacons), and you will actually finish 3-4 tasks at once, I do this pretty often when I can't win some matches one day. Oh, and squad up! You can make +9 gold per day if you squad up (it's 3 gold per winning squad game, x3 times a day) And join test server. It's + [100..250] gold per week, too. And sometimes fun gameplay. And ability to test out bots you wanted to take for a spin, but never had money to. Sometimes it is creepy (like today's testserver), but most time it's fun

Yeh, i tend to forget, that the dailies won't dissapear the next day and i try to finish them as quick as possible, in case i won't have enough time to play. So being a bit more relaxed here, might also help to increase the fun factor. Thanks for reminding me, wise master... hehehe *highfive* I had 1 great squad experience, in fact there was only 1 player who invited me, but we teamed up for all matches we played and always won. It was a great teamplay. Unfortunately i couldn't answer him in the chat, as the font is too tiny on my smartphone and in the end the app froze and so the nice squadding was over. I still enjoyed it a lot, as long as it lasted, plus the additional gold you mentioned. Uhm, i think i better don't join the testserver for now, i'll probably stop sleeping, eating and breathing to be able to play even more then... haha

I am usually spending an hour for test server per week. Playing a couple of games, recording video and putting it on YouYube (this needs to be done in order to receive a reward). Oh, and you also get 24h of VIP status, this increases your Silver, too. Nice. So if you want to apply - here are the instructions.

Yes, all of this, plus my left thumb goes numb pressing harder on the screen trying to make my bot move faster. So I'm a white guy who can't jump with no weapons left except for when guys are killing me because I was only hitting them with a single Molot with a bad case of numb-thumb, which ironically goes well with my numb brain. Edit: Oh yeah, plus whacking the Jump button by accident at the beginning of a game when I need it least.
