Magnumforce here. I started playing War Robots soon after they first introduced the new league system and I got placed in gold (what!?), but with an inferior hangar and skills. I had my 「bum-bum」 handed to me on a platter by shield bots, Orkan, and plasma, when the best I had was a Griffin with leveled up Molots (guns are ok but...)
I stuck with it, learning a lot. I was more evenly matched in silver and with my new found skills and Ag, I built a decent hangar, experimenting with different builds. I Love my Galahad for close encounters with a Taran and twin Aphids, and my dual Trebuchet/Gekko Nat for a "warm" hello from across the map. Having a balanced hangar has allowed me to enjoy all aspects of gameplay.
