I like playing MR bots, like RDB, TuluDoc, Molot Griff or sometimes even Pin Jesse.
And I would like to ask all those Taran\Orkan\Thunder players: Guys, watch where are you going! Pay attention!
Recently on Canyon map I poured down rain of 4xTulumbas at Raijin+Rhino at the center beacon, and then Leo+PDB arrived. I was going to backpedal to safety and reload, but some eager player in Taran Fujin wanted to go into the fray so badly, so he basically dragged me into the heat of a battle. Of course all his and red's taran shots landed on my poor Doc, and of course we died, me first and Fujin just moments later.
Guys! If somebody is BACKPEDALLING - just let him do so. He most probably has his reasons.

But I like using you as a shield, lol. :p Well that COULD be true, if he wasn't just shooting his Tarans at me, too. This way the same time I fell his Taran goes into reload. And being Ancile bot doesn't help against neither Magnum Leo nor Plasma Rhino\Griffins. I actually would kind of "get" it, if he was hiding behind me while reloading, that at least would make some sense. More than that, we were overrun with Rhinos and Raijins, and Tulumbas Doc was exactly what we needed, so I think it was not some kind of roadrage, just pure blindness.

Oh yeah man, i know this situation. It is great, if you want to support your team mate, but leave him room to move and retreat!

Most inexperienced players have a tendency to just plow forward with the big red button mashed in and don't care what's in front of them. He was most likely cussing you for blocking his path. Just my 2 cents

Stuff happens and we all assume we are the one in the right. yes annoying, but part of playing with people you don't know. In his mind he was probably just doing what he needed to do to destroy enemy or that you were wrong to be in his way... not justifying, just saying crap happens. Well, that's why I am not calling names here, am I? I just want people to notice that and think about what are they doing and why. Just giving me a second to clear path would be enough, and he might probably be alive, due to me reloaded and covering him with Tulu.

It's a Fair point from eyepeefreely - teams get stronger and more effective the more they are aware of what is going on for team buddies.
Concentrated fire, cover, enemy distraction, coordinated beacon capping, support fire, defensive stations, suppression fire are all good team tactics.
Generally I "give way" to superior strength and lower speed. So if I am dashing about in my Gareth then I move to allow the big guns through to the reds. I hope the big guns reciprocate and don't snowplough me into enemy fire.
It's only really at diamond 3 that I have started to play with blues that incorporate team tactics like the ones above: before then Gameplay was 6 solo players and just a massive gun fight. It was hard to dodge rockets when a Rhino was dry-humping you from behind!

It was hard to dodge rockets when a Rhino was dry-humping you from behind! I am not sure if you are talking about iOS or Android. But in iOS it is exactly the way you describe things. In Gold tier you can win matches pretty much by yourself. Cap all the beacons, or just get some heavy-hitter and help blues to finish off reds, because people, so to say "fight for honor" in many 1-on-1 matches, not realizing that there's a beacon bar and a whole team behind you. When I first got into Diamond I was overwhelmed by people just doing what I want them to do. The most graphic example being: You and your teammate are chasing, say, Leo or Griffin down. He is hiding behind a building. Typical Gold player: trying to get in your way so HE would get kill and damage, block your fire with his robot. If you change direction - he would do the same. Typical Diamond player: Hey, buddy, you are going left? Then I am taking right! Let's finish this 「illegitimate child」 quick and proceed on painting those beacons!

I just want this "rant" thread to make some meaning. Hope that some guys would read it and think next time why they do what they do.

Maybe the bots should have a backup beeper, so people know to give them some room.

I think it'd be funny as hell to find myself standing out in the middle of a battle and when my teammate starts backing up a dump truck type beeper starts sounding while some red lights flash on the backside.

Just as annoying, I've had Rhinos charge into me from behind when leaving spawn at the beginning of a match, and they just keep pushing until I'm finally able to free myself through various gyrations. You can't really see what's coming up behind you until it's right on top of you, so I don't know how (if) they expect me to get out of their way. Just seems like plain rudeness to me.

Hell yeah - I'm getting parking sensors fitted on my Galahad! It might help to reduce the cost of my insurance premiums as I have made a lot of claims recently...

So true...I agree that it's mostly newer folks that are so excited to jump in dump their load (War Robots emulates real life...), that they literally don't see whats happening right in front of them.

The worst seem to be Rhinos, had three of them pushing me for 30 seconds ... Not sure if that is a sign of intelligence

Hey dudes, what's up? Retreat? Why would you do that? Here, let me park my city block wide arse right in the way. Could you please untangle yourself from my legs?

You can't really see what's coming up behind you until it's right on top of you, so I don't know how (if) they expect me to get out of their way. Just seems like plain rudeness to me. In a rhino I usually twist my torso and turret to the closest beacon or position I plan on taking and the moment the turret is close enough shield goes up and I am running. Many times people get in the way and it's over 4 seconds to drop, reposition, re-shield and run. I usually slow up so I dont hook them or try to curve around but very often I am humping someone with my shield. I find fujins to be the worst, they are fast enough to get in the way and big enough to get stuck on every bot. For some reason most fujin pilots don't seem to notice the bots they are dragging along in their legs. I got tangled in one with my rhino and it took me almost 30 seconds to unhook, we kept going the same way.
