I need a posse on android.

Hey I'm a decent player looking for a group of people to back me up and, more importantly, that I can be back up for.
I'm fed up with only running with randoms that only care about their kills and never freaking play the beacons.
I am constantly in the top 3 if not the leader on my team if that matters.
I'm not big on paying real money and I am not a hardcore player in the sense that I min/max all the stats and probabilities, but I play hard and tactical with what I got.
I'm stuck at silver III cause I can never get a solid run of teams that play to win rather than just to kill mechs.
My mains are;
Lvl 4 Lancelot with a lvl 6 thunder and 2 lvl 5 tumblas (just got him on the chest roulette but I love him already. )
Lvl 4 Gareth with a lvl 7 magnum and a lvl 5 orkan (same deal as above also working on getting my taran.)
Lvl 6 fury with 2 lvl 7 kang dea and a lvl 6 trident.
And a lvl 4 boa with a brand new hydra and thunder.
