Tbh I love snipers.
When they're on the enemy team I just turn my shield towards them as I walk into view and make my way towards a beacon while they fire.. once they do I know I'm safe for 23 seconds.
When they're on my team I know they're helping me keep my win% low enough so that I don't jump tiers and fight something horrible while I hone my skills and let my levels dictate my opposition instead of my winrate.
It boils down to being a game ladies/gents, nothing more. Just have a blast while you're doing it.
Remember, the best counter to having a team of snipers is to squad.
On a side note: something that I lol in real life is the rhinos who charge too far ahead to keep the reds aimed at its shield... what a waste of a bot
