I've been last Mecha standing several times. My 4/12's do very nicely, Thank you. Farming/Exploiting/Seal Clubbing .. it's all the same. Just because your Teammates earned their Gold rather than exploiting an oversight, does not make you superior nor them inferior. Please don't add prejudice remarks. LOL |

FirebeardJust because a player is placed in LQ, it doesn't mean that gold will all of a sudden fall into his lap. He still needs to "earn" his gold with a good hangar and skill. NQ is more players of the same level while LQ is ranged so unless you are 12/12, there's usually someone from the opponent that has a better hangar from you and sometimes your teammates as well so you still need to fight for that most beacon capture and most damage spot for gold. While I agree that players that exploit an oversight and players that don't aren't superior or inferior in anyway to each other, don't forget that it all started with all the negativity towards LQ players calling them cheaters who don't know how to play the game or don't have the skills to play the game and hiding in LQ. So I wouldn't put the blame on just one side. LQ players are still playing by the rules of the game and haven't modded the game in anyway. If people don't like what they do then it's really up what Pixonic decides. Complaining to them may get Pixonic to change how the matching is done, but more often than not innocent players are the ones who suffer the most through these changes. Besides, Farming and Seal Clubbing are not the same. Farming is you playing battles for gold which every player is doing. Everyone regardless if they are in NQ or LQ are farming for gold and have fun doing it. Seal Clubbing is high level players dropping to a very low tier and bullying beginners for gold so to solve the problem Pixonic created the LQ. Seal clubbing hurts the War Robots community, farming doesn't.

No matter what game, there will always be those that try to exploit the game to their benefit. They are still playing by the rules of the game and haven't "hacked" the game in any way so I'd hardly call it cheating. I think they are brilliant to figuring out how to exploit the system lol I agree. Americans are by far the dumbest gamers I have ever encountered. Asians and Russians play the game to win, Americans play for honor or ethics or some other bull?poo-poo? excuse to justify playing like a dumb ?bum-bum? and losing. Hence the reason Pixonic is cutting the Gold in LQ. Farming and Seal Clubbing are very similar where both are done at the expense of the less experienced, for the same Award - Gold. Both require Players to abuse the system to deny a new Player an equal chance to earn Awards that would otherwise be given to them. The one's in LQ are deliberately impeding the progress of new Players. It was the one's in LQ that claimed the use of "Skill," not NQ. Being able to survive more than 3 minutes against a "maxed out hangar, " is not Skill - it is luck. They are simply facing the same situation that they presented to NQ. It is not Pixonic's responsibility to police the Players. They should have the moral fortitude to play fair. It is the behaviour exhibited by LQ that has detrimental effects on the game and will force a large Player turnover with lasting repercussions to Pixonic. Pixonic created a game and extended their hand for people to play and LQ has essentially spit in their hand. If this was like many other games, the Ban-hammer would have dropped long ago. It's appalling that such behaviour is deemed appropriate by certain individuals .. |

Do you think that everyone has the same sense of justice,morale,sensitivity,etc to even care about a mobile game?This is a GAME,shoving ones morales to an insensitive player is near pointless.Been there,done that back in me noob days being clubbed by 4/12 mag geps,but I managed to slug it out and improve after finding the forums.All games have these kinds of players.And while you babble around talking about morales about a game,some people out there are probably planning to blow themselves up for the sake of "honor and their beliefs and morales"(but this way off topic,but can be related somewhat).
BTW,you were arguing with the "best gareth pilot",which is more than respectable enough to not dare call all LQ players as noobs.

Well, I've been steadily losing for the last 2 days. Doesn't matter if in squad, solo, play style tactics, etc. I was steadily moving through Expert I (close to Masters III challenge) , now I'm about to drop to Expert III.

i cant speak for higher rank but i can speak for silver league 2. all the matches that I've been in their all silvers, but what i have notice is that the hangars and the levels of the bots is a mess, that been said . Sometimes my points increases and sometimes the game punish me brutally with no mercy giving me a chance to win and then just kick me right back down the ladder. its been going on and off lately.
