I was messing around on the wiki and saw this video
Was this what Springfield used to look like? Many overhangs on the dock like cranes and power lines.

Oh I remembered the first day I played my very first game back in december 2015.It was on springfield and when I lost my phone and when I returned in April of 2016,I've certainly noticed that the map was missing,until I took notice of the center beacon that was very familiar,and I learned they actually changed the map.This video certainly brought back some nostalgia.

Yes. Go to the owning page for that video m.youtube.com/channel/UCUONs6Dma0w6iDbKUk5cvBgSelect Videos and sort by Date added (oldest) to see what War Robots looked like at the very beginning. The first 5 or so listed are from the launch. It's amazing how far it's come and how good it looked even then. When game modes come I'd like to see one that's limited to these initial bots and weapons, maybe include Cossack which came a month or two after launch. Play is on the current Springfield as including the original map would be to much work I assume but it'd be real fun to play like that. |
