I'm currently using carnage with 1zeus and 1trident. I m thinking of converting it into 2 zeus or 2 trident. So which one should I do? Currently I hv only 1 of each in hanger and hv to purchase the other.

More taste than anything but I never liked tridents on a carny. The mobility of carney shines popping out from cover every 5 seconds to shower someone with light ing.

Zeus is better.

If you are staying with the Carnage, then I say Zeus. I had 1 of each as well, but I knew I wanted a Fury so I went with Trident. I have L8 Carnage and plan to eventually get 2nd Zeus for as well. I think it is great for mobile mid-range! Right now especially all the Anciles on the battlefield.

I suggest dual Zeus as it's what I have. Love mine.

Either one is fine and a great choice. Buy what you can afford.

Both are good choices. The Zeus is probably slightly more optimal but it really is more a question of playstyle and preference.

I've long enjoyed my Tridents. The idea of dual Zeuses sure sounds sweet. Unless you're hard up on other rockets options I'd say go full olympian

I must apologize for not posting this as well. I could not stand the amount of time I had to be exposed, slooooowly (relative to other in game weapons) firing off those three rockets. Carnage is a hit and run, glass cannon monster. Standing around, even if only for a trident, trading blows is not ideal or optimal. I completely understand that others love their trident carnages, more power to them, but I just cannot stand waiting around for all three of those trident rounds to launch and then the 12 second reload (that's actually 15 seconds if you include the firing time).

I run a level 8 Carnage with twin level 9 Tridents. I have pretty good results with it and am a huge fan of the glorious splash damage the Tridents inflict. I would gladly change it up and go to twin Zeus up on top, but am saving for the 5th slot at the moment. I would have to agree with the favorable opinions expressed for the Zeus - especially since they work exceedingly well at terminating opposing Carnages.

Twin Zeus can inflict more damage, but I think it makes you more of a target. The great thing about Tridents, as opposed to Zeus and Trebs is that you are less noticed. If I see a Carnage with lightning bolts coming out of it, I make it my mission to take it down before the spread of damage over all my teammates causes us to lose the battle. It does seem pretty clear that from all the opinions though that, if you can afford the Zues combo, it is preferable.

It's a matter of taste and depends on what you are up against. The Tridents are deadly against brit bots but the zeus allow you to inflict more damage.

I love them both, and switch out regularly. Each has its strengths and weaknesses. Hard to beat that splash damage from the Tridents when it comes to popping Britbots, and it's fun to watch other Carnages or Ancile-toting bots scurry as fast as they can to cover when I'm packing two Zeuses.
Fun times.

Personally I think Zeus is preferrable nowadays with all the ancilots as well as other carnages out there. With Zeus you'll always be making progress. Either in bringing down HP through ancile shield or bringing down physical shield health. Heck I think zeus fury is scarier than a trident fury.
I run a trident fury and it's very depressing seeing all the ancile shields out there. It takes 1-2 shots to break the ancile so only your 3rd shot does damage. I would take Zeus.
