Pixonic support have had their inboxes flooded lately from what I understand, so I don't think they are being willfully negligent. They just have their hands full.

... what?
This is about the freezing issue you and your son were both having...?
So your son sends a letter in an old pizza box, to Russia...?
.. and it came back...?!
I'm missing something, aren't I? :-)

What kind of Pizza was that? Did you hide anchovies under the cheese?
My guess is the toppings were not conducive to making them feel very favorable towards the request... does anyone even know what kind of Pizza they eat in Russia?

According to the interwebz the favorite russian pizza is ... mockba (a combination of sardines, tuna, mackerel, salmon, and onions), red herring No clue if thats true, but when has a lie ever been told on the internet? Also, still no real clue whats going on itt.

Did you read the letter? I cracked up! And sending it with a Pizza? That was mostly eaten and sent back!? LOL Good show 🌸M¡§$ M!©heL\_3🌸 !
