I've noticed that LQ is no longer in effect now? I've deliberately dropped out of matches to test it, but no I do not find myself in the LQ matches. Matches are harder and my back is broke from carrying the team. Also sometimes in a 6vs5 match, around 3-4 minutes in I see a 6 person joining the game? late entry would usually out mech the other team. Am I not thinking straight and seeing things because of my frustrations? or is this the new norm to balance plays?
edit:Android/post update

Not sure if a server is out or something code wise.

Nah, I think the LQ is still in full effect. However, I have a sneaky suspicion Pix tweaked it so that the players in it are now being grouped by their league, no more bronze vs expert, etc, etc. Just my guess.
I have two accounts that are in the same league, S1, maybe 50 cups apart. My alt account, with a weaker hangar, faces more even and honest competition, hardly any "tankers" if at all.
My main tho, yeesh. I think I may have skipped more than a couple maps and/or stopped dropping bots when the battle seemed likely lost, so I might be in the LQ. I regularly see tankers here. The teams are always shorthanded or uneven. There is always someone not dropping any bots, dropping one & done, dropping in but not participating, or dropping in "conveniently late." The competitions hangars are generally a notch or two stronger than what my alt account faces. There does seem to be a tendency to "quit" by teams that are likely going to lose. It's one extreme or the other, you're either the hammer, or the nail. And there's just a certain intensity to these battles that my alt account is not experiencing.

If Pixonic did change something, we would know. They always communicate about stuff like this.
