Is Surged currently bugged ?, for a few days now every time I go to Surge freeze someone I bounce off the target and no freeze is applied, anyone seeing it or just me.

Is Surged currently bugged ?, for a few days now every time I go to Surge freeze someone I bounce off the target and no freeze is applied, anyone seeing it or just me. Yes, I’m seeing it was well. I’ve seen it sometimes when I try to get shielded bots like sentinels and aegis. Or when I don’t dash the full distance a surge is capable of. I’ve dashed into reds just to have us bounce off each other and they go on their merry way. |
