Rather than all of the silly "what can we improve" questions, this is the question that I wish Pixonic would ask but they won't ever (or at least will never do it) because they won't be told what to do.
For me, what would Pixonoic need to do in order for me to pay $ monthly to play?
The must haves are...
1) Fix game bugs so you don't get shot through walls, etc. 2) Fix match making so that people with 1.X hangers aren't up against Mk2 & Mk3 players. 3) Get rid of "parts" as a prize. 4) Get rid of hackers, one way or another.
The nice to see changes are...
5) Make the workshop viable again by putting useful robots & weapons in there, even meta stuff. 6) Leave modules alone. They work as they are. 7) Actually put effoer into right sizing new weapons and robots/titans rather than the ridiculous pattern of launch over powered thing and nerf later. 8) Get rid of the spaceport. 9) Get rid of intel.
Just a short list really 
Oh one other...
10) Let me pay Ag/Au to downgrade robots/weapons if I want to. It's my "money". Even if it is only possible once a week or something.

Yea, mostly get rid of OP release/nerf cycle. Two times wrong doesn't make it right. Slow power inflation to get people to shift to new things is ok, but something like what curie or raptor was is simply unacceptable. There are also dumb features such as intel or OS but I get it, the game has to change to keep people interested. And I feel like I had a subscription, paid 110$ total for 6 months of play so that's like 18$ a month. But when Pixonic made latest nerfs/changes I decided to cancel it. |

There’s nothing they can do. I’ll never subscribe to any of their games, ever. The damage is already done. If they could put it behind a paywall they would have already. They haven’t, because the game would die within weeks. There are simply too many free alternatives.

In all seriousness, I wouldn't mind throwing them a few dollars here and there to "keep the lights on" if they just let me select what I want to buy and not have these ridiculous secret squirrel bingo boxes that give you 1/40th of an item. |

hey, props for a genuinely positive thread.
and I agree with your list of 'must haves' and 'nice to sees'. I think if they hit everything on the 'must' list, it would inspire some kind of loyalty in me. but it would have to be a real change in pattern. I could wear the whole nerf/buff cycle if I didn't have to fight against top spenders all the time

Short answer: make the game fair.
The single biggest problem is that big spenders essentially have exclusive access to all the "current" equipment, and that equipment is always significantly OP compared to what the rest of us have access to.
Personally, I think the design of new equipment jumped the shark with the Ares and has only gotten worse since, with every generation being more ridiculously complex and "magical" that the last, which to me hurts the overall feel of the game, so I likely wouldn't pay more than $5/month for a subscription at this point, if even that much, but putting a MatchMaking barrier between different tiers of equipment would be a great start.
Anyway, I could write a novel on this subject, which I don't have time for right now, so I'll just end this here!

Remove the frustration, anger, and rage. Change their core business model. After a stomping I feel as though I go through the five stages of grief. Lately I have been setting the game down after one poorly mismatched game, watching the two big guys kill all the krill.

Pigsonic would have to subscribe to me in order to get me to play again.
I only charge $100 a month, but for Pigsonic the special rate of $120 a month.

Nobody wants to be a seal and equally, it is just as off being on the same side as the seal clubber. Allowing that does the game a great inservice.

Reputation takes decades to build and moments to destroy.
I will never spend a dollar on another pixonic game again, aside from a few dollars here or there. And thatâs only if they responsibly manage the game on an ongoing basis.
To be frank, they know this deep in their hearts too, which is why the game just gets 「dookie」tier daily
