...with this Hangar lineup:  If these guys get me to Champ League, I'm gonna start reporting about 90% of Master League players for being "Too Powerful For Their League". No excuse for running 5 MkII Gold Tier Bots with equivent Weapons and Drones and being in the same or lower league than this collection. |

Fair call. That looks more like a bronze level hangar compared to some of the others I've seen in masters.

I'm not reporting anyone for playing a Meta or near-Meta hangar, so long as they're playing in an appropriate League. And I accept getting matched against superior firepower if I'm in Champ League -- I hate it, but I accept it as part of the game. But if they're scoring 20+ Kills and 4× as much Damage as anyone else on the team, they have no business being in Master I or lower. I'm exaggerating a bit jn my original post, but seriously, if a player can't make Champ League with two Mk3 Raptors in their lineup, they're actively trying not to. If a player can stomp my entire hangar with only 1-2 Bots, and they're somehow in a *lower* League than me, they're intentionally tanking. I consider myself a better-than-average player, but I'm by no means an all-star, and I play most of my games at 80% capacity at best, and yet somehow I keep climbing Leagues. Unlike 5 years ago, it takes effort these days to not reach Champ League if you have any kind of decent equipment at a decent level. |

Players are 「fluffernutter」ing terrible at this game. I've smoked 5 raptor hangars with *1* curie.
A) It was hilarious (for me anyway) because they spent so much money and played so poorly and tried to rage kill me and still couldn't.
B) THAT'S the champion league experience now, and it sucks but it is what it is now, and there's no going back. There hasn't been any going back for quite some time now; pix is comfortable with this model, so that's where the boat goes, like it or not.

As for bullet point #2, I can think of MANY reasons why, but it would all be predicated on knowing how many wins they have, and as this is a hypothetical, it's pointless to argue the point, so I won't.

Craziest thing is, this is essentially a 4-Bot hangar. Hover currently doesn't have the Modules, Pilot Skills, or Drone abilities to last all that long after the initial Beacon Grab. After that, Weyland rarely gets deployed before the battle ends, maybe 1 battle out of 5.
So it's all about Leo, Fenrir, Ravana, and Kid.

Craziest thing is, this is essentially a 4-Bot hangar. Hover currently doesn't have the Modules, Pilot Skills, or Drone abilities to last all that long after the initial Beacon Grab. After that, Weyland rarely gets deployed before the battle ends, maybe 1 battle out of 5. So it's all about Leo, Fenrir, Ravana, and Kid. i'd decimate your hanger in 1 bot and a weak one at that ....my problem is i'm matched mostly with Russian and Chinese maxed out champ players all the time -5x curies 5x raptors and all that and this happens from m1 all the way down to expert lvl sometimes even lower than that ....and it's a constant feeding frenzy of lower lvls v's whales. your only up there because pixonic has rigged the system to spam points and push people up the ranks to feed the whales and because you're being carried |

I've encountered a lot of opponents who wade through my Bots so fast I can't even tell what I'm fighting. We may disagree on what you'd consider a "weak" Bot and whether it would beat me, but yeah, I have no illusions about what I can do vs maxed Meta hangars. Disagree about being "carried"; I place Top 3 in probably 90% of my matches. But definitely the system awards too many positive points in general, making it too easy to creep upward through the Leagues. Important to note that I rarely play in Squad, which helps me avoid a lot of the top-clan wrecking crews out there. I remember when a single 6th place in a Loss could undo the progress of 4-5 good matches, not sure when Pix changed that. I honestly expected this hangar to cap out in about Expert I, maybe as high as Master II with everything fully maxed. Closing in on Master I at my current equipment levels is ridiculous. Which reinforces my original point that most players with full hangars of Tier 4 Mk2-Mk3 equipment have no excuse for being in Master League (or Expert!). |
