Is it a coincidence that the items I have the most Intel on is all UE stuff?
I thought the system would be too easy to stealth nerf whatever they wanted but this is a gold plated sham. Sell us items already in game and call them ultimate editions, make them OP and hard/expensive to get only to water them down by awarding extra Intel on them.
