...when I come back afyer 2 years, and there isn't a single piece of new equipment that I'm interested in using.
It's all overly-complex multi-effect crap that makes it impossible to counter with skill...you need the combination of competing multi-effect crap in order to actually damage the enemy at all.
That's not a game I want to play.
So I guess I'll sit here with my Hover and see if raw skill can still hang on in Champ League, and for how long.

It is a weird situation. Even when 40% upgrade discount rolls around, I have no real motivation to level anything.
The nerf cycles are just too predictable so to me, there's no point taking multiple items above MK2.
Although, I ran into a LL player yesterday using an Athos Bagliore and man was that thing ludicrously strong.

Although, I ran into a LL player yesterday using an Athos Bagliore and man was that thing ludicrously strong. i have no motivation to lvl anything period. 1. i have over 800m silver and going up 2. i have tons and tons and tons of bots/weapons/modules/pilots/titans and whatnot , all takes too long to lvl so i don't bother and just stick with the same shiz i been using for a long long time....no changes. 3. i have at the very least 12 items worth of components (bots and weapons) yet to be made because they'll just sit there at lvl 1 anyway unused (refer to number 2) |

Then I got an idea to start upgrading my ultimate mender and got down to 20 mil, even despite the discounts. Another sign how the game is designed to always drain your resources, even if you think you got lucky and won something nice. Also stopped upgrading since everything I was thinking of upgrading will be hammered soon. I've been through those cycles way too many times, getting tired of it. |

Haven't upgraded anything for some time either. Bots I like playing are at the desired level. Resources are accumulating.
With the mega nerf around the corner upgrading is on hold.
