You know I initially said Intel was an ingeniously twisted way to keep nerfing gear and make new stuff better than ever without ever having to touch any stats directly... Which as it turns out... Is only partially correct, as evidenced by the announced upcoming supermassive "rebalance" Intel is only an EXTRA means to gut your hanger...
