Maybe I'm missing something here...
In the current Event, I can score an Ultimate Rayker. The first task to get there is to acquire 2 Ultimate Hussars.
So where do I get an Ultimate Hussar?
Operations? Nope
Chests? Nope
Offers? Nope
Floating Shipyard? Nope
Tasks? Nope
What did I miss?

Well there is one leaderboard atm where if you get to the top the reward is an ultimate data pad with a chance of getting one, other than that we'll probably get more ultimate data pad leaderboards, and then a chain you'll need to complete. It's pilot is also in a leaderboard atm... So what I'm saying is, money, thats how.

So in othwr words, it's impossible -- maybe not technically, but in all practicality -- to get it without having a fully whaled-out hangar. Pix isn't even bothering to pretend anymore, are they? |

I won an ultimate mender once. In one of the of leaderboard events there was a ultimate data pad to be won at 10k points or so. I got 5$ for 10$ worth on in-game currency deal, then got all the platinum deals. Then upgraded everything on my nodens to the max and that was enough to get the points for the ultimate pad. Then I got lucky and won the mender even though there were 5-6 other prizes. Ultimate mender, as much as I like it, is about as meta as ultimate destrier is. So I'd expect winning something OP like bulga or ryker would be much harder and probably 100 times more costly. |

Pix isn't even bothering to pretend anymore, are they? They've been phoning it in for a while now, probably a couple years at least. They really don't give a rat's about bad feedback as long as those whales keep forking out to "be the best" |

The only way you'll get it for certain is the complete leaderboard milestones tasks. God knows how many milestones it'll want this time. Just got this guy earlier though...  |
