Pretty much Ravana with anything. New magnet weapons are awesome.
I'm running 2 ravanas and they are effective against most current meta.
I've run into a couple using UE coronas and that thing kicks serious butt. Hard to come by those weapons though.

Well,the magic of this particular build is that the duration of the ability matches the cooldown of the weapons almost perfectly, so you don't have any "down time" on you damage output while spamming the ability. It's fiendishly annoying lol. |

Ok, this may be the dark horse of the bunch, and I only add this in because I have had great success with it for many weeks now. Weyland with futuristic nucleons, 2x maxed RA, and a maxed NA. Trixie Hope as pilot with Pascal drone. Dagons and the new raptor have all been taken down pretty well. Currie get a huge chunk taken out of it after a few repairs, even shenlou has a hard time with zappers. Tank it out and use close distance for the overheating nucleons to stay more on point and you may have a solid healing tank that can last for your garage.

Nightingale with Sonic weapons would probably be my choice. It is a surprisingly fast and tough bot for how small it is. You unload the Sonics and then go into stealth, and then they are reloaded by the time you land. It is worse than say a Demeter, but not worthless.
Harpy with Scorcher/Incinerator is worth a mention too. It is not a unique build so to say, but I do not see enough people running it these days. Blast as a status effect is underrated, it goes through all of the modern shields while Yang Lee covers Aegis and Absorber Shields, it attracts little attention if you hang back towards the full 500 meter range, and the Blast damage bypassing all defense points means bots take a lot more damage from it than you would think. It is a great choice for an oversee-type midrange bot.

frozen dagon with sheriff mags - you got a heck of a lot of fire power , decent range , lockdown and increased damage with lockdown pilot also no escaping or if you do manage to escape using an ability or powercells you've received so much damage in a short time you now need to be extra careful , armadillo for defense increase and heals on every kill , a decent amount of mobility and a shield and great for filling up mothership - which i use dotting them anyways after/if they escape lol.
corrupted fafnir with bendies and lockdown drone so they can't run away - still very useful
since most of the time i use a 1 bot hanger these days and change it to various bots (useful to learn to play said bot super effectively) there's not really one bot i can put in place above others

Ao jun with hel or punchers.. the slowing or lockdown makes ur ability damage really hit em and u burn em and melt em its really good but only i dont get it sometimes ao jun dont fire like regularly

Ao jun with hel or punchers.. the slowing or lockdown makes ur ability damage really hit em and u burn em and melt em its really good but only i dont get it sometimes ao jun dont fire like regularly I have noticed the Ao Jun’s flamethrower is still pretty powerful these days, it is just impossible to aim with how fast robots are these days. I ran Lock Down Ammo on mine to fix that problem, but Punchers would work well too (and save power cells). |

 Nice. I currently run the Ravana above (with Jumpjets) in low Champs… tons of fun messing with the meta (Curi is always and issue for any bot). Sadly I’ve found the Ao Jun to be lacking (flamethrower issues), but it was effective with the DOT pilot + DOT weapons… not so good vs. the current fast meta. I did just finally finish my second Puncher so I’ll give that a try. Thanks. |

Another hidden anti-meta gem is the Angler bot, a Stake and the Glider drone. But that’s to be expected (see bot/drone text), and not really all that “surprising”. |
