With the bonus 50% cooldown reduction and a gold cooldown reduction implant, I've consistently been able to keep an Ion pod deployed. If I stick it through a wall, it's still active when I fire the second one. Certainly has help gain some ground on the two ion beam tasks.

Life in the Bot lane... surely make you lose your mind.

On the flip side, Hemlocks can keep me in a locked state indefinitely.
