Bank interest needs a nerf, 4% per day is ridiculously good. I don't know about your banks but mine only pays me interest once per month.
Stocks generally don't gain 4% in a single day and even if they do it's with significant risk. Just putting money directly in the bank is safe, easy and profitable.
Again it's taking away from what I think the aim of the game is (winning on the markets)

It's taking away from what I think the aim of the game is (winning on the markets) I think that a bigger problem than the 4% daily is he fact that all of the stocks are reasonably high-priced, slow-moving companies. A $1-2 stock variation ends up being a small percentage shift. It's fun to use gaming and internet companies, but they're essentially all blue chips, which you HOPE are relatively stable. The 4% is fine. We just need smaller companies that can move more and be more dynamic. If you nerf the bank you'll just lose buy-in from everyone who doesn't want to try and track stocks. |

(Side note: the system doesn't update at 0:00 UTC. It's just shy of 23:00 Central right now. Perhaps it updates at midnight Eastern?)

Also, the Gold listing in the Members list is silly because it only covers cash. Is there any way to make that a net worth? Even just cash+bank would be better.

I don't think there is now, but I kinda want that too. I asked if it was possible on the support thread and will probably modify the plugin and reinstall it if so. By the way I agree with 4% per day being insanely OP. Economies in the real world grow at about 6% per year lmao |

everyone can earn forum currency (au) by posting, in addition to a fixed "wage" for being active daily. My fixed wage is not coming in. For the last few days I've made a point to use Web View to make at least one post per day. I'm getting the 10 Au for the post, but no wages. Where should I be seeing it and how much should it be? |

The system only updates late at night, so you can take advantage of what actually happened in the market before the game reflects that. Also, be aware that the stocks won't change much if at all on the weekends. The market is closed and prices only change if there's significant after-hours trading. Leave your money in the bank until Monday. |
